The place is right in the heart of the luxury stores , right across the 2nd Ferragamo store. There’s a small lift at the back to the 3rd floor. Both room , bathroom and staff are nice!!! will definitely come back .

Great location!

As the review said, this B and B is very clean and well placed. The shops nearby are too expensive for me but the area feels very safe to ŵalk at nights.

Quaint little hotel right in the historical centre of Rome just a few meters from Piazza di Spagna. Beautiful simple rooms and service was excellent & always courteous. Even if the room didn't have any windows it still was a delight to stay there and would stay again without hesitation

The property was great. Very clean, perfect location. The only negative is that there is no windows in the room itself but it’s really a non issue given we didn’t spend much time in the room because the location allowed us to walk through Rome very easily.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Rhona's Rooms. The room was impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff's helpfulness and availability truly impressed me, making me feel well taken care of throughout our stay. One highlight was the generous breakfast spread, which they readily brought to our room upon request. Overall, a fantastic experience in a prime location for shopping and sight seeing.

Lovely little room. The little touches of nutella, coffee and croissants were very nice. The room and bathroom were well appointed and clean. The bed was fine, but didn't love the gap between the bed and board.

Great location, super clean and modern

I went to Rome with my son and we stayed at Rhona’s rooms. Amazing location, right next to the Spanish steps, very clean, reasonably quiet, amazing and helpful staff. The only thing was that the aircon wasn’t working reliably - one night it’d blow properly cold, to the point one needs a cover, the other - it is just moving hot air around, and one just ends up in sweat all the time. But that didn’t spoil our stay whatsoever, and I’m sure it is a temporary glitch they will sort out before we visit next!

Excellent place to stay, close to everything (luxury shops, metro, restaurant, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. The big problem is the bathrooms, the shower is disgusting, the water reaches your ankle while you bathe. We said it for They supposedly fixed it and it was the same. The place is a 10 for the location, but the bathroom is a minus 10, really unpleasant.

I loved everything about this property the location the room the decor they have free breakfast lots of things included in the breakfast they bring to you not the best croissants though. The wifi was a bit weak. The bathroom toiletries were super nice. The balcony you can see the spanish steps. I stayed in two room types and they were both great. The attendant is great too. The street is on has the most expensive in front of you have alexander McQueen and Salvatore Ferragamo. I would totally stay here again.

Good location, terrible accommodation. Property doesn't have staff on site. Only one room has a window, the other rooms don't have windows and AC is very old and not able to cool down rooms. Owner is aware of this. During our stay in the summer, we spent the worst night in our vacation. The room had no window or ventilation. Temperature inside was hotter than temperature in the street. We had to sleep with the door open to the hallway, where there are windows that we open to let some air in. To be close to fresh air we had to sleep on the floor. Owner came to see us, and offer us another room that is an office with a Murphy bed. They asked us to move the furniture around and make our own bed. We checked out the following day,anger said they wouldn't charge us, but owner charged us half the fee (for sleeping on the floor). Next morning we found a real hotel with full service for only 50 euros more. This property is a scam, don't book here.

Lugar muito bom pra casais

Boa a estadia, com local agradavel e tranquilo pra dormir e tomar banho. Atende bem a proposta. O proprietario foi bem atento e muito solicito. O unico ruim da estadia foi a hora do check in: 15 horas. Sabiamos disso e optamos por aguardar, mas confesso que poderiam rever tal estragegia, pois se tivessemos com crianças, isso seria algo a estragar a viagem, ja que nosso voo chegou 7am. No mais, recomendo tranquilamente a todos que queiram algo bom, com otima localização, tranquilidade e privacidade

La posizione è stupenda, vicinissimo a piazza di Spagna e alla metro A, check in facile (si fa tutto per whatsapp). La mancanza di finestra nella camera non mi ha creato disagio, colazione minima, avrei gradito della frutta, letto molto comodo, unica grande pecca il bagno, piccolo con doccia che fa fatica a scaricare l'acqua dallo scarico e rubinetto del lavello che se non lo apri piano spruzza acqua dappertutto. Tutto sommato la mia recensione è positiva e consiglio questa struttura.

Die Lage direkt an der Spanischen Treppe ist perfekt. Wir sind mit der Metro A an der Haltestelle Spagna ausgestiegen und dann nur knapp 300 m zu Fuß gegangen.
