Dificil acceso

El lugar es dificil de encontrar y nunca vimos a nadie del hotel ahi. Hay una recepción pero nunca estuvo nadie. Pude entrar porque llamé a los numeros locales y me dieron una clave de acceso. La ubicación es buena y el lugar es limpio pero si fue un poco estresante para lograr instalarme

This is my second visit to the Condotti Inn....my first since Covid changed the world. The Inn is really a great place to stay.....the rooms I stayed at, on both occasions, were immaculately clean and comfortable. It's location is perfect for a majority of the sites.....everything within walking distance. I did miss the breakfast this time....hope they start doing that again

No reception or client service

This is not a hotel but more like a pension as when I arrived I was let in by the cleaning lady because I arrived early. That was great. There was absolutely no reception for the whole time I was there. The hotel left a phone number to call from the room and a what’s app number that no one ever answered. The TV was not working which I told them about. It was never fixed. I am upset that before my trip I said I would be paying with euros and not with the card on file. The owner charged my card. So, I ended up cancelling 4 days of my stay because there is no service at this hotel. The cleaning g lady was amazing and was very helpful as much as possible. The room is nice enough and clean but the single beds are a bit flimsy.

dommage que la réception soit absente!

on a reçu un mail le jour de notre arrivée pour me demander à quelle heure on arriverait...on a dit vers 14h00 mais l'avion a eu du retard et du coup retard du bus...quand on est arrivé à l'hotel vers 16h00 personne et on a dû attendre longtemps avant de voir quelqu'un. chaque fois qu'on a eu besoin il n'y avait personne à l a réception!

EXCELENTE ESTANCIA

Fui con mi pareja y estuvimos 4 noches. Todo fue estupendo. Pino muy simpático. Está cerca de todo andando. En la habitación había cafetera y podías hacerte café para llevar o tomar allí, además de algún paquete de galletas.

Estadia Surpreendente!

Nas fotos postadas não havia a entrada da pousada com tanta escada. Somos um casal na faixa de 70 anos e jamais escolheria um local assim se soubesse previamente. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Precisei comprar frutas pois não havia oferta delas no café. Gostei da localização da pousada

Highs and Lows and Highs 😎

Entrance to Reception 30 Steps to climb. Difficult with suitcase. No lift. Unpleasant Smell from shower drain on entering bedroom. Staff helpful and smell was sorted during our stay. Bedding clean and towels changed second day. Friendly Staff. Basic accommodation but good Location for all Tourist sites. Close to Piazza Navona, a lovely site to visit. Hotel in Quiet side street, good nights sleep. Continental breakfast ok. Hotel a bit more basic than we expected but it was Fine for crashing after Walking around Rome. Enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Would love to come back!

The location is Great and easy walking distance from the Vatican, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Pino our host was wonderful and warm. He made sure everything went smoothly with our visit.

Location, location, location

This property's location is AMAZING. in a quiet street next to amazing restaurants and just a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and a 20 minute walk to Vatican. Very friendly staff. Pino is so sweet and offered us a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. The only negative point is that the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The rest was great! Highly recommended.

Our host, Pino was great. Gave us a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant. Very personable and set up an early car to take us to the airport. Great location. Very secure and easy to walk to most places in 20 minutes or less.
