Excelente Localização! Prédio antigo, assim como a maioria dos prédios de Roma, mas por dentro bem estruturado e confortável, com bom atendimento.

Petit déjeuner servi à l'entrée de la chambre, copieux. Par contre on nous a oublié le dernier jour, attente jusque 11h du matin pour avoir le petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Ménage fait tous les jours.

Localização ótima

A localização é excelente, dá para chegar em diversos pontos turísticos andando. Quarto espaçoso, bom e limpo. Tudo bem organizado, pessoal atencioso e prestativo. O café da manhã foi bom, mas um pouco repetitivo e sem muitas opções, a copa disponível para levar um lanche ou pizza de noite ajudava muito. A internet às vezes falhava, mas atendeu.

Apartment living

booked it on Hotels.com but it felt more like an airbnb room in shared quarters. the desk is manned only up till 9pm. The room itself was a very good size that I had. The location is great for getting around to see things. Recommendations for local restaurants were excellent. I was there for such a short period of time that I didn't really use the shared terrace or kitchen but it is a nice things to have. wifi was a bit inconsistent at times.

Staff (Dimitri and Daiana) were fantastic! Extremely helpful in getting our luggage after Lufthansa lost it. Got on the phone and talked (in Italian) to the lost luggage dept. and got it delivered the next day. Also got us transportation to our cruise ship and taxis. Helped with walking locations of sites in Rome. Breakfast was delivered every morning and a fantastic view of the Colosseo and Forum from the veranda/garden. Location was perfect, within walking distance of many major sites. Highly recommend.

Location!!

Great location...saw the Colosseum from our room!! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Also, the breakfast brought to the room was really good and much help when traveling. There was nice common space to use; terrace outside and kitchen area. The wifi was spotty....and that was very annoying when we were relying on that for any mobile communication. The bathroom smelled bad at times as though there were sewage smell leaking in. The room was very small...but by Eruopean standards I guess it was not bad.

Great hotel!

Everything was great - the room was very comfortable. The entire hotel appeared to be the 5th floor of this building with two other hotels on two other different floors this was a bit confusing - the name of the hotel is not on the outside of the building and it was not clear what to do once the driver dropped us off. Registration was on the 2nd floor and our room was on the 5th floor. Dimitri and Dianna were amazing. The breakfast was huge and delivered to your door. The area was perfect - restaurants, grocery stores, ATMs abound. 5 minute walk to the Coliseum and other main tourist attractions are not much further. Check out was a little confusing as well - I went down to the 2nd floor and no one answered the buzzer until a customer was coming out. But this was very minor. Would definitely come back!

Great view, friendly staff

Great location! Blocks from the Coliseum and plaza de venicr and other landmarks. Easy to find shops and restaurants nearby. We were on the 5th floor, great view of the Coliseum from the communal kitchen. Breakfast was delivered at a time we picked and consisted of fresh breads, pastries, jams, cheese, yogurt and juice. Very friendly staff. They allowed us to leave our bags at the cgeck in desk for 2 hours after we checked out so we could go exploring.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und super Lage.

Das Colosseo In ist in einem alten Stadthaus im 5. Stock und gehört zum Hotel Caesars House (2. Stock im selben Gebäude). Die Lage gleich beim Forum Romanum und Kolosseum ist super! Wir hatten aus dem Zimmer Ausblick auf das Kolosseum. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse auch gut, alles wird pro Zimmer in Boxen geliefert. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt in dieser Unterkunft.

Excellent accueil, le personnel est très courtois mais peut-être un peu plus dur d’approche en soirée (difficultés à parler anglais?). L’hôtel et la chambre sont mieux que sur les photos. Expérience décevante par contre à mon départ alors que j’ai dû descendre mes bagages à pied du 5e étage parce que l’ascenseur de l’immeuble ne fonctionnait pas. Un des membres du personnel a refusé de m’aider. (C’est la réceptionniste a accepté de le faire à partir du 2ème, elle a été très généreuse). Aussi, les cartes d’accès à la chambre se démagnétisaient régulièrement.

Very close to half of the attractions in Rome.

GREAT place to stay, very close to the Colosseo and Forum Romano. Sami, who checked us in, is an amazing guy. The only flaw was that the sink was clogged, what they should have seen before our checkin. But we asked and they fixed it, no big deal. The breakfast is very good too. Many tabernas around to eat at.

Não é bem um hotel

Atendentes atenciosos, nos permitiram deixar as malas no hotel antes do check in e após o check out, o q ajudou muito. "Hotel": não é bem um hotel, os quartos ficam num andar e a recepção no outro, se precisamos de algo, temos q ir ao segundo andar, não tem telefone no quarto p contactar c eles. O quarto é simples, mas arrumadinho, com uma cama boa. A area do chuveiro é bem apertada, o que fica ruim para uma pessoa mais alta, não tem sabonete para o banho, eles dao apenas shampoo e touca de banho e na pia tem sabonete líquido em um dispenser, o secador é bem antigo e pouco eficiente. O predio é bem velho, como td em Roma ne..rs, tem um elevador que no primeiro momento dá medo de andar, mas depois vc vê q é tranquilo.Café da manhã: bem sem graça, todos os dias a mesma coisa, é room service, o que é ruim porque no quarto não tem muito espaço e vc acaba usando a mesa para outras coisas, além do q a cafeteira e o leite ficam numa cozinha comunitária, então vc acaba levando td p lá, inclusive xícara, talher, pratos, o q dá trabalho, além do que como é room service, tem q marcar o horário para ele ser entregue, o que te deixa preso ao horário. Ficamos num quarto próximo a porta de entrada, no primeiro dia uns hóspedes fizeram mto barulho ao entrar, além de rirem e falarem mto alto. Limpeza e localização excelentes (perto do Coliseu, Foro Romano, 900m da Fontana de Trevi, dá p ir a pe a muitos lugares..o Vaticano é um pouco mais afastado de lá, de táxi da em torno de €8).
