The apartment was clean and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed. Alessandro, the host, was easy to reach and quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
We had an amazing stay - Alessandro is very communicative/responsive, place is super spacious and had everything that we need, location super central and not far from Vatican and the major tourist spots, you cannot fault this place. Highly recommended!!! (Also Alessandro allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours while we do some sight seeing in Rome before we fly back to the UK).
Alessandro was great! The perfect spot if you’re looking for a roof over your head and privacy. The air conditioner leaked a bit after each use, but Alessandro mentioned addressing it after my departure. Overall, a perfect spot for a solo trip or for a couple.
I was very happy, Alessandro take good care for everything before and after my reservation, the place is very clean and comfortable, the bed and the pillows was perfect to me and the location is perfect. 100% recomendable.

The size was great… and the beds were comfortable. It was clean. The area is pretty quiet with a few cafes restaurants etc. The french cafe was delicious… great cappuccino and croissants etc. The location is about 25 min walk from many of the main attractions, piazzas etc. so you’re likely walking at the beginning and ending of the day… we would go out and not want to take the hour round trip to charge a phone or change… so we just stayed out all day.
What could be better… there was no body soap in the shower (should be a minimum requirement for an overnight stay). No heat… we were there in early November… so it was chilly. So you won’t likely “hang out in the room”. It’s a private apt… not a boutique hotel. Simple finishes and experience. Seemed expensive for the experience.
I would book closer to the action next time… so if you need/want to charge a phone or change your clothes, it’s not a hike.
Getting keys, paying the additional taxes was easy… manager was easy nice to work with.
Great location. Great hosting. Very communicative and helpful. The only detail is that the wifi is not that good and toilet paper would have been great to have.
Location was fantastic…close to the sites you want to visit, but in a much quieter area than the touristy areas. Metro stop is a 5 minute walk, but we were able to walk to the Vatican, Coleseum, etc.
Suite was lovely, and BIG. Communication was excellent. Great restaurants and gelato nearby, and right next door is a little market.
I will for sure stay here again.

No breakfast, noisy dogs, no view except a dismal court yard 20 feet across. Couldn’t see sky at all so didn’t know whether sun was out or cloudy. 2 towels for 6 days. No room service. Not greeted by host. Bed was comfortable, shower very good but felt like we were in prison. Only good for sleeping ( if not woken by dogs or furniture being dragged around upstairs) and showering. Convenient location. Dismal and dull room
10 perc sétára a történelmi belvárostól. Fco repülőtérről érdemes a Sit Bus transzferrel jönni menni ez a Vatikan közelében is megáll ami a lakástól 3 perc séta
