wi-fiが使えると謳っているくせに部屋では使えない。コモンスペースでのみ使えると書いてあったが、そもそもコモンスペースなどない。寒い。電気が暗い。シャンプーが汚くて使えない。立地は、良い。部屋の鍵をカードキーにした方がいいと思う。

Vicina alla stazione termini, molto comoda per chi viaggia, il personale molto gentile e professionale. Ottimo il livello di pulizia. Suggerirei di inserire nelle comunicazioni relative alla struttura la necessità di avvisare prima il personale se si necessità di cibo privo di glutine per la colazione.

The worst 4 stars hotel ever

The worst 4 stars hotel ever. Furniture from the 70, dark, smelling disinfectants. Everything felt cheap, the toilet articles, the breakfast. Never again. Can't understand that they are able to have 4 stars. I give 1 star and I'm being generous.

The room was extremely small for furniture, had to turn sideways to get past bed and suitcase to go to the bathroom. Hairdryer in bathroom was held together with sticky tape. The bedspread was threadbare along pipping, should have been replaced along time ago. Accessible power outlets were too hard to get too. Breakfast was ok, but dining area was dull and not friendly. Hotels tourist tax was treble any others I had stayed at in the whole of Italy which didn’t seem correct. On the overall area was handy to transport which was good for me. Still had a few stairs to deal with, which I didn’t like.

Helt ok om du inte har höga förväntningar!

Gammalt och sliten inredning. Badrummet var ok men duschkabinen var ofräsch och litet. Frukosten var inte den bästa.

l'hotel è nella posizione ideale per chi arriva in treno, ma è un po' vecchio e si paga un po' troppo di tassa di soggiorno, più della media. Ha una bella terrazza al settimo piano per far colazione e la stanza è comoda.

Ok place if u do not spend lot of time in ur room

Staff was friendly and helpful especially in showing customers where to go in stone and even gave us discount cards for local eateries but amenities could use upkeeping like wifi which was in and out. Air conditioning management said was not on full capacity since summer was over and room was dusty. Possible bed bugs in blanket as my wife had skin rashes. Television was outdated. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel decadente, neanche la maniglia sta in piedi

Come questo hotel abbia ottenuto 4 stelle è un mistero. Pagati 105 euro per la camera 201: - maniglia della porta rotta - televisore non sintonizzato, è degli anni '80 poverino - asciugamani per la doccia lasciati sul copriletto (ottimo per l'igiene, bravi) - doccia rotta, che non sta su, con orrendo pelo proprio dove esce l'acqua - muri scrostati e sporchi - colazione infima, che ho appena sfiorato nel dubbio Toglietelo dai vostri database!
