bien situé et calme mais ....

Biten situé. A deux pas du Colisée et d'une station de Métro (station VITTORIO EMMANUELLE) Quartier calme. Logement situé au 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Ce n'est pas un hÎtel mais un appartement aménagé en 5 chambres individuelles avec salle de bain et WC. Le petit déjeuner est décevant (1 petit pain et 2 biscottes sous vide + 1 café) . Par contre Luigi est une personne trÚs sympathique et trÚs acceuillante.

La habitaciĂłn es agradable aunque se nota que las instalaciones no son muy nuevas, no fue tan fĂĄcil llegar al lugar y hay poca rotulacion. AĂșn asĂ­ lo recomendarĂ­a por la buena relaciĂłn calidad precio, tiene buena ubicaciĂłn que permite llegar fĂĄcilmente a los sitios turĂ­sticos mĂĄs importantes y sobre todo por el excelente trato que recibimos de Luigi quien fue sumamente amable y nos ayudĂł mucho con consejos y recomendaciones para visitar la ciudad.

ATTENTION C'EST PAS UN B&B !!!!!!

Le seul point fort c'est qu'il est situé prÚs du métro. Pour un B&B le petit déjeuner est primitif et le service déficient , aucun accueil car personne pour nous recevoir, seulement une note à l'entrée pour nous dire d'aller chercher nos cle dans un Resto 3 rues plus loin. C'est seulement un appartement avec 4 chambres que quelqu'un s'occupe pour rentabiliser. Personne n'habite la !!!

Un seul point positif et beaucoup de négatif!!!

Nous avions choisi cet hotel car il avait obtenu 8.5.... Il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Il a fallu aller chercher les clĂ©s 2 rues plus loin dans un restaurant. Les draps Ă©taient propres mais... Pas de savon, pas de shampoing, pas de tapis de bain, pas de verre Ă  eau,pas d'air climatisĂ©e . Un petit dĂ©jeuner fait d'un croissant et de biscottes emballĂ©es mais le cafĂ© Ă©tait bon. Nous avons avise que nous partions vers 7:30 le deuxiĂšme matin, il n' a pas proposĂ© d'ĂȘtre la plus tĂŽt, donc pas de dĂ©jeuner . Il est entre deux fois dans notre chambre pour laisser un papier sur le lit au lieu de le coller sur la porte. De plus, le reçu n'Ă©tait pas au prix payĂ© .... PAS À RECOMMANDER!!! Et ce n'est pas un B and B.

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from Termini Station and Coliseum. The room was clean, but the bath was a little bit shabby. The owner welcomed us very well and was so kind to give us tips for the sights of the town. There is a breakfast included in the price. In general this is nice hotel for the price.

This hotel provided good value for the price. It was father from the train station than we had hoped (a 20 minute walk) but close to the Coliseum, etc. The owner was friendly and the room was fine. Breakfast was OK (provided in the room), but nothing special.

hotel bien placé, central prÚs de la gare et d'une station de metro .Accueil rudimentaire à partir de 20h . Luigi est trÚs dévoué et agréable. Confort standard : bien pour un séjour court .

Edullinen, mukava ja siisti!

Hotelli on pieni mutta rahoilleen saa vastinetta taatusti. Hotellin pitÀjÀ Luigi on erittÀin ystÀvÀllinen ja auttavainen. Siivous pelaa ja pienehkö aamiainen tuodaan joka aamu pyynnöstÀ huoneeseen saakka. Hotelli on myös rauhallinen, rauhallisella paikalla. Halvan hinnan vuoksi odotukset eivÀt olleet korkealla mutta yllÀtys oli positiivinen. Suosittelen, jos tarvitse hotellia mukavaan yöpymiseen. Ei tietenkÀÀn loistohotellin tasoa mutta, jos kullatut ammeenjalat eivÀt ole lomasi pÀÀtarkoitus, suotittelen lÀmpimÀsti!

It's just four rooms, but Luigi doors a great job. He works very hard to make your stay everything you expect. The old elevator was a trip. Good location too, close to subway.

nice location with limited facilities

The host can speak very good English, and this is definitely helpful for the complicated and relatively big city, Rome. The room is quite small but very clean with nice shower. Though, there was no any hot water boiler and the kitchen won't open for the residences. You could only wait until the host to come in to the hostel preparing for the breakfast (everyday is the same breakfast with dry-instant bread) to be able to access to the kitchen. all in all, still a nice budget hostel with very nice location and transportation.
