The staff were really kind and welcomed us better than we expected. The atmosphere in the hotel is very calm and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and served us the best it could. The location of the hotel is pretty far from the city center (around 20-30 mins drive by public transportation) but the close metro and bus station made it comfortable to reach any place quite easily. If you look for a quiet and comfortable place to rest in and you don’t mind using public transportation , this is the hotel for your stay in Rome.

Everyone was nice and spoke English, if you like walking you can literally walk to the Vatican City and then to downtown Rome from this hotel

Nice quiet area

Nice room lobby in n an area a long walk to city center but doable 1.5 miles about. Great celebrity cruise because lobby bus pick up for port by bus. Free breakfast was good. Electric is 2 prong so American adapter neeeded at this hotel. Bed is firm small terrace

Overall Aesthetics

The room was clean. However, it didn't look like the pictures online. The chairs were different, didn't have the curtains or decorative pillows, and water came out the shower onto the bathroom floor. Also, we couldn't enjoy tv because there were no subtitles available everything was in Italian.

Is it worth it??

Stayed 7 days, convenient location, very helpful front desk staff, the room was dated with old furniture, even though we paid for a room with balcony. Minimal toiletries, the breakfast was good but same every morning. Our room was a connected room and you could hear the people next door, specially their music. I think it does not justify the price.

Family of 4 from Canada... beautiful, spacious, modern rooms. A lovely pool. Excellent air conditioning which was appreciated in the middle of summer! Very comfortable beds/bedding! Had wonderful live evening entertainment in their patio restaurant but the food wasn't up to par so, recommend eating off the property. All the front desk staff were very pleasant with excellent English which was helpful for getting assistance with directions, etc. Would stay here again.

Good hotel with a nice pool but not sound proof

As most will gather this is really a 3 star hotel (which I knew when booking it), but nonetheless a pretty decent hotel. The negatives are that rooms are dated and absolutely not soundproof as advertised. Electricity plugs etc in the rooms don’t work as they should. Our classic double room was small but consistent with advertisement. Bathroom was good and we had a nice balcony with a view of St Peter’s. The lobby, restaurant and pool area are all really good. One of the very few hotels I found where the pool is open in May. Breakfast was good. Located in a good and quiet area. We walked with our 11 and 12 year old children to the metro station (15 minutes) which was through a safe area. Borderline rating between 6 and 8, it depends on what you value the most in a hotel.
