Though the property is clean and the amenities modern, it is difficult to initially access the 4th floor apartments. It takes coordination with the owner via phone to get in, and it is not clear its location in the 5 story building.

Goos setup

Marco was great host!! Good location to Borghese Villa park and some of the attractions. Across from a school or academy with choir music in evening which was a good fit for the Rome experience. More of a AIR BNB experience, I did like the little kitchen area and access to fridge freezer (that part was super clean well kept and stocked). AC worked great and hardly needed even with it being 38c.

Bra hotell till schysst pris i fina Borghese

En bra vistelse! Hotellvärden Marco var väldigt hjälpsam och lätt att ha att göra med. Rummet var lite slitet på sina ställen, men det lugna, trygga och centrala området väger upp. Rekommenderar!

Cosa vi aspetereste di trovare in un B&B chiamato Borghese EXCECUTIVE SUITES? Dimenticatelo. Rimarreste completamente delusi. Stanza di basso livello. Mobili cheap e gestore dell’unità arrogante. Totalmente da sconsigliare.

This is a lovely place situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood, right next to Villa Borghese Park, and walking distance from the main sights of downtown Rome (and that walk goes right through the park itself!). Our room was modern, clean, styled with a really good taste, and also the en-suite bathroom was just perfect. Marco, the host took really good care of us from the first moment we arrived to the city - we could contact him anytime during our stay and he reacted immediately. I really recommend this hidden gem and will definitely return!

Camera matrimoniale ma con due letti singoli affiancati (sia materassi che reti), uniti solo dalle lenzuola scomodissimi! Telefonato per chiedere consigli per il parcheggio e ci è stato risposto che non c'era alcun problema. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo fatto tantissimi giri per poi parcheggiare distante e ci è stato risposto che avevamo sbagliato l'orario visto che quello era l'orario di punta per il traffico.

I saw this property on an older Rick Steves episode, so I figured I would try it out. What a great place! Perfectly located. 20 minute walking distance to everything I wanted to see (ancient Rome, Termini train station, Villa Borghese park, etc) Grocery store 2 minutes down the street. The neighborhood is enchanting. Bar/cafes, shopping, and restaurants are all reachable with a short walk. I was originally going to stay 3 nights, but due to extensive flooding in Venice/northern Italy I stayed 7 nights. Marco was friendly and helpful. He was able to accommodate my extra days. Price was a great value. My bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. My room had a nice bathtub that came in handy for soaking after some long days of walking. Not sure if every room has a tub. Room was very clean, and had great character. It was cleaned everyday. I loved the community room that had a full fridge, microwave, sink, plates, cups, and table/chair seating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in Rome! Graize Marco!!!

Owner said we could check in a lite earlier, but when we got he wasn’t around to open the building door, sonwe had to wait for one hour. The elevator wasnt working at night, I had to use the stair with my two kids and a baby. The apartments are nice, have potential, but they need to be refurbished. There’s a really bad smell at the bathroom, the ceiling is bad, the walls are dirty, beds are not confortable.

Lovely place, great host!

Stayed here for a week long business trip. Marco was incredibly helpful in arranging taxis and late night check in. He checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. Nice room, comfortable bed and kept clean daily. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

B&B di ottima qualità

B&B a due passi da Villa Borghese, molto facile trovare parcheggio nella strada. La stanza (per 4 persone, due adulti e due bambini) era davvero spaziosa e pulita. Presenza di climatizzazione e servizio WIFI gratuito. Check in facile e personale cortesissimo e premuroso.

El lugar se veía bastante bien en relación a precio beneficio. Pero después encontré varios detalles importantes que bajaron mi agrado. El primero, el colchón era una colchoneta practicamente. Muy finito y poco cómodo. Segundo, de limpieza; No te cambiaban las toallas ni las sábanas. Y no sólo eso, sino que me tocó un acolchado con una mancha de vaya a saber que.. prefiero no imaginar. Y la otra es que el agua de la ducha era para una persona por que te duraba para uno y se enfriaba asique si querés llegar despues de una caminata y bañarte para salir de nuevo a comer te aconsejo que te bañes con tu mujer juntos así les dura el agua caliente. Y la recepción cuando llegue también la calificaría con un 4 de 5. Por que si bien no estuvo mal, tampoco fue muy buena. Los puntos buenos era la ubicación que se conectaba en autobús al centro rápido. Y que la zona era tranquila. Y que dentro de todo no se veía mal el lugar. Tenía detalles que creo se podrían mejorar. Es un 3 puntos de 5.

Owner accommodated for a late arrival (after 11pm) when my plane was arrived, which was nice. Wifi did not work in my room (the one pictured). Owner moved me to another room for my last night where the wifi worked. This accommodation was ideal for business trip
