Le B&B est très bien situé, dans le coeur de la movida Romaine, propre et l'accueil est agréable, mais attention avant de réserver : le petit déjeuner n'est pas sur place et les salles de bains ne sont pas dans les chambres. A l'étage où nous étions, il y avait 4 chambres (dont une qui n'est pas numérotée) et 4 salles de bains. Les salles de bains, même si "privatives" ne sont pas dans les chambres, mais en face de votre chambre. Pour vous y rendre, il faudra passer dans le couloir. Sur les 4 SDB, seul l'une d'entre elles dispose d'une fenêtre, les 3 autres sont minuscules. Sur les 3 SDB minuscules, l'une d'entre elles est "commune" et donc, à partager. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, il faudra vous rendre dans un café au coin de la rue (environ 200m). Vous aurez droit à une boisson chaude et à un croissant ou une part de crostata. Le café est sympa et plutôt bon.

Great area. Close to great food and transportation. Felt safe. It wasn’t what was advertised, yet still “homey”. Knowing the place now we’d still stay there again.

Nice place

Andrea the Owner is great, good localization. The only problem is the share bathroom the toilet should be apart from the shower room waiting time to use and the floor always wet.

Fantastic area and great stay

Basic accommodation but perfectly nice and comfortable. If you book a room without a private bathroom be warned the shower in the shared one is really small. However its clean and we never had any waiting times to use it. Really couldnt have asked for a better location for seeing Rome and such a reasonable price (comparatively speaking). The Manager/owner was extremely helpful. I also really appreciated the sound proofing windows which did an excellent job of keeping out street noise.

Room was clean but a bit small. Location was great. Stairs were a bit steep with sharp curves and one step is broken. Sofa in the common room needs to be replaced. Kitchen needs a microwave or at least a couple pots/pans for warming up food. Breakfast items only included cereal, milk, yogurt, bread, butter and Jelly which is not up to the expectation you get when the description of the place states "bed and breakfast".

Localita Perfetta!!

I travelled end of May with my wife and 1yr old daughter. The owner, Andres, is really nice and very helpful. Now some tips, - The place is in the very centre of Trastevere, which is great for anyone whom is travelling for a relaxation holiday. - The room was great although the bathrooms are not ensuite but in the corridor to which you are given a key. If anyone will be travelling with small children like myself, I suggest to speak with Andres and arrange to be given a bathroom with a bath, since ours was with a shower and its a bit difficult to manage with young children. - Since the place is in the centre and having a bar underneath, expect some noise till early morning especially in the weekend. The windows are double glazed so they keep the noise outside quite well and, personally, I wasn't affected by it. - The place is placed at the 1st Floor having no lift. It has one flight of stairs and quite wide. Personally, it didn't affect me much although I had a child pushchair which I had to carry up and down the stairs. - House cleaning staff are very nice and do a nice job. - Any transfers needed from/to airport can arrange Andrea for you, and it's to normal prices. I used it and was glad I did, as I didn't have any issues. - Since I was positioned centrally, I did not even hire a car. I managed to visit all primary places without even taking a taxi/public transport. Everywhere I went it was by walk and with a pushchair. After all, I recommend this place to all.

Good and bad experience

Super location - but a bit noisy in the morning starting at 06.00 o'clock from the bar just downstairs when they open, Nice room - with a small low ceiling bathroom on the hallway - which we diodn't know...... we had expected a private bathroom INSIDE our room. The host Andrea was very friendly with everything but missed/forgot to call the ordered taxi/limo for us in the morning at 05.30 when we had to go to the airport...... - we had to go then to the taxi stop 3-400 meters away and waited another 15 minutes before a taxi showed up.... a little too stressful in the morning when you have to catch your flight home. Nice with the coupons for breackfast with a choise of 2 different cafes just round the corner.

bien ubicado pero muy ruidoso su entorno

El lugar tiene estructura antigua y poco acomodada, la situación del mismo es muy buena si piensas ir de fiestas pues esta en el corazón de trastevere, abajo tiene un Bar de mucha circulación hasta altísimas horas de la madrugada lo que es imposible de dormir pues la bulla atraviesa los muros. el sr Andrea muy amable pero claro es un negocio y solo lo ves al llegar no hay quien atienda en el lugar debes tomar sus recomendaciones en una sola vista del sr. la habitación es grande y por lo que pagas es accesible mas no esperes mayores comodidades. El sitio es seguro, entorno bonito a pocos pasos de la plaza santa maría pero su carácter es plenamente de alta circulación. No sueñes con nevera, café etc es solo cama y su desayuno lo tomas en un par de bares cercas (Café y corneto) nada que ver con un desayuno como lo conocemos (americano) , la limpieza .... la ducha no te puedes ni agachar es muy pequeña y es baño compartido en nuestro caso, seguro hay con baño y podría ser mejor. Bueno espero les sirva nuestra nota.

Great location but a little noisy

It was a lovely location and very easy to walk to all the main attractions of Rome. Andrea (the owner) was very helpful, giving us maps and useful tips for where to go and what to eat. The room itself was perfectly adequate for what we needed. I would have preferred a room closer to the bathroom as our room was at the opposite end of the corridor. This was slightly frustrating when you walk all the way to find that the bathroom is already being occupied by another guest to then have to go back to your room and guess how long to leave it before returning. The B&B is above a bar so it does get quite noisy at night. I personally didn't find this an issue but my partner struggled with sleep so I'd recommend taking ear plugs if you're a light sleeper! The breakfast is a voucher to get a pastry and coffee at one of two places (the bar underneath or a little cafe further down the road). We preferred the little cafe as there was more choice and it seemed a little friendlier. Overall we had a nice stay and would probably stay again but not for more than a couple of nights.

This is actually a little apartment. The area is great close to everything you need. The apartment and common areas are clean. The breakfast is a do it yourself deal with some toast, yogurt, juice and coffee available for you to prepare. It is located down some small alleys which would have made me feel uncomfortable walking down at night. The owner is very nice and helpful

accueil très agréable. chambre confortable même si la literie est à revoir. quelques points négatifs: petit déjeuner à prendre à l'extérieur (au bar du coin et vraiment succinct!) ; une toute petite salle de bain(wc, lave main en guise de lavabo et une douche dans 3m2) pour 2 chambres réservées . Une douche mal entretenue et un wc qui fuyait. quel dommage vu les photos exposées sur le site.

Posizione strategica per vita notturna!

Ottimo B&B nel cuore di Trastevere. Il personale è stato molto cortese e la camera era all'altezza delle aspettattive. Il bar aperto fino a notte fonda proprio sotto la nostra camera lo rende adatto a chi, come noi, ama fare tardi la sera; non lo consiglierei ad ospiti che amano il riposo serale. Unica pecca: il bagno (esterno ma ad uso privato) era molto freddo, ma credo sia anche dovuto all'ondata di freddo anomalo che ha colpito Roma durante il nostro soggiorno.

Отличные хозяева ( кстати, женщина говорит по-русски), изумительно красивая ванная комната и очень, очень вкусные завтраки в баре, который чуть вниз по улице от хостела. Было шумно в ночь с субботы на пятницу - под окнами оживленный бар. В другие лни спали спокойно.
