B and B Rosmini great choice

This was a very clean and quiet place in an excellent location very close to transportation, within 2 blocks from Termini station. Breakfast was included but it was very basic which was fine because there are plenty of places to eat around the area. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly and made checking in and out very easy.

英語が通じます。判り難い入口や入室方法含め、聞けば丁寧に説明してくれます。事前と最初のコミュニケーションが大事です(メール・口頭とも)。こじんまりとしたベット&ブレックファストな事もあり、スタッフの手当ては回らない雰囲気。チェックイン・チェックアウトの予定を何度も確認されます。もし、到着・出発が深夜早朝な場合は、確認必須。滞在中は、鍵を渡されて出入りは個人管理です。細かい事を気にしなければ、快適でお値打ちです。テルミニ駅直近のアパートメントの一室ですが、広くて設備もしっかりしています。交通便利で、治安的にも問題有りませんでした。基本的に放って置いてくれるので、自由にローマ観光したい人にお奨めです。

Great location by main train station and not far from historical centre. However, it's on the 4th floor. There is a lift but if it's jammed .... Hotel itself is lovley. It's clean and Marius is lovely and helpful. Breakfast is good. Help yourself. There is, however, a late check in fee and reception is not 24/7.

No me gusto nada de lo que pude ver !

No me gusto para nada , no nos hospedamos en el lugar, tuve que llevar a mi familia a otro hotel aunque perdí el dinero que pague por ese , la entrada del hotel es pésima muy fea parece una entrada de un almacén no hay letrero , ni tiene buena presencia al entrar , mi hija se resbalo por la escalera y se dio un golpe , literalmente tuve que salir de inmediato del lugar, no aparenta ser seguro.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen kurzen Städtetrip, gut angebunden und in der Nähe einer schönen Restaurantgegend. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück gut und reichlich. Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem B&B gehabt.

Rome trip with hubby.

Rosmini bed and breakfast is only a 5 minute walk from termini rail station. It is therefore close to shopping and sights, a straight walk 15 minutes or so to colosseo and foro. All other sights are easy to reach on foot, or local bus, metro (stops close by). Rosmini provided a good varied buffet breakfast which you took in your room which had a table to sit at. There was a small fridge, safe in the room and the bathroom was large and modern. The lobby was bright and modern, and all was clean, towels etc changed each day and the staff friendly and helpful. We have stayed at Rosmini before and will no doubt return again. Thank you

Está súper bien ubicado, el personal muy amable, servicial, mucha comodidad, sientes que es tu casa, muy limpia y bonita la habitación. El desayuno si estuvo regular.

Lage nahe Hauptbahnhof

Hotel liegt im 4. Stock eines stolzen Altbaus. Alles frisch renoviert. Fahrstuhl war mal kaputt, wurde aber sehr schnell repariert. WLAN war immer stark. Rezeption tagsüber besetzt und immer sehr hilfsbereit.

위치는 테르미니역에서 가까워서 다니기 좋았어요. 처음에 외부에서 찾기가 좀 어려웠네요. 방은 크고 나름 관리되고 있어 좋았고 조식도 거래식당에서 주는데 꽤 맛있는 크로와상에 어른은 커피~ 아이들은 초코우유 잘먹고 맛있어서 좋았어요. 3일 숙박하는데 청소와 수건 안갈아줘서 평가는 별로 안주고 싶어요

Nice B&B in Rome

About a 10 minute walk from the train station, this B&B can get you where you need to go quickly. The staff was very nice and made sure he was going to be there when we wanted to check out. The room was clean and as described.

A fantastic location

This is a very large apartment converted into 6 differently sized rooms with a reception area. There is no sign on the street for the B&B and you will have to look for the tenant directory next to the large green doors to buzz the front desk. The room is clean and was a little dark and musty until I opened the window and shutters to let light into the room. There were a few shortcomings with the room. The large mirror facing the bed was cracked in the bottom right hand corner. The room safe was tucked in a dark corner of the closet. The bathroom is modern and very clean. The towels are nice. However, the surface of the toilet seat was damaged and should have been replaced or repaired. There is a minuscule TV with no English channels. The kettle for tea service could only be operated if you the TV was unplugged from the power socket. The main attraction is its location. Very close to Rome Termini with access to local and regional trains and the airport express, the metro and buses. There are lots of restaurants in the immediate area.

Good location and clean room

The hotel and the room were very clean and peaceful. There was no buffet breakfast at the hotel, but we had coupons to a cafe nearby. It was only coffee/tea and one bread, disappointment to us. The area is nice, walking distance to many sights and restaurants.

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Roma, vicinissimo alla stazione Termini e alla metropolitana, stanza molto spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Personale gentilissimo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Very convenient to the Termini Roma and Metro

This is a good place for travelers to tour the city because it is so close to the Metro and train station. There are good restaurants and convenience shops nearby. It is clean and reasonable but not fancy. It can be hard to find so it helps to have a GPS. The is no sign only a large green door for apartments and a call button. Breakfast is around the corner.

Excellent location in downtown Rome

Staff very accommodating, we had a late arrival and they waited until we got there. Room was very clean. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was off the main street and relatively close to the Termini. A little disappointed that they did not have a breakfast area and you had to take your food back to your room. That's usually when you get to meet your fellow travellers and compare notes. Breakfast was OK but they didn't restock the tea as it got used even when we asked them to.

Rossi Bed and Breakfast

For visitors looking to experience Rome as a native, this was ideal. You feel as though you are in your own apartment. Having breakfast is an added benefit since an Italian breakfast usually consists of a small espresso and maybe a croissant. It;s also in the center close to transportation and sites of interest. Because it's small operation you have to let them know your time of arrival to ensure someone is there to welcome you.

estuve solo 4 dias. Habitación confortable, limpia. No tan grande como esperaba. No me gusto tener que llevar el desayuno a mi habitación, falta un lugar donde poder ir a desayunar.

My grade about B&B rosmini is not bad.

It is easy to find B&B rosmini. But it is difficult to contact its host. At gate on 1st floor, it needs the specific mark presenting B&B rosmini.

Service was basic. Room was small. View was a interior wall with no outlet. Lock latch was broken out. Not a place for a long stay, but overnight for a train departure it was convenient. For minimalist accommodation it was ok. For the price it was poor value.
