We selected and paid for a room with a queen bed and a single bed. The room we were given had a queen bed with no additional bed. Another room did have the 2 beds as we noticed it during cleaning. Additionally there was no breakfast provided as stated in the listing. The property was located at a different address than the listing. The location was great but we took a taxi to a location over 1 mile from where the actual property was.

The shower was broken so we were moved to another property which was dark and depressing. The landlady was unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for two keys and couldn't get them, which was hugely inconvenient.
