Check in is a bit tricky as the hotel is within an apartment building. But once inside, it is a nice basic room but such a great location close to the train station.

Perfect!

Even though we reached there late at night, the manager at the contact number was very helpful and gave us all the necessary information. We explored all the famous places in Rome on foot. The rooms and bathroom were clean. It was a quiet and safe place. We recommend this place to everyone.

The room and the bathroom are smaller and dirtier than depicted in photos. The room is about 10’x12’ and the bathroom couldn’t be smaller. There are shoe scuff marks on the walls and you can feel every spring in the mattress. It’s noisy. You can hear the conversation in the room next door and there must be a bowling alley upstairs where they bowl in high heels.

Beyond belief. You're supposed to contact them for check in since they have no front desk. How? They don't respond to messages, they won't.answer the phone. I had a hotel manager nearby try repeatedly to call them. Expedia has been trying to call them the last 3 days. They still don"t answer. Ended up in another property paying even more sinc it was a last minute booking. The words 'scam' and more come to mind NOTE: Their check in says PLEASE contact them 24 hrs before arrival It's a courtesy not a requirement. I've read several similar reviews. This is apparently a room in an apartment building. Expedia is trying to get my refund. Don't be a victim. Get a room elsewhere.

Pool service and scam

Very, very poor service. And a huge scam. 1. The problem started when we politely asked the accommodation if we could check in half an hour later than the normal time because our train was delayed. They refused and were not helpful in finding another solution. 2. Two hours before we were supposed to check in and arrive, we received a text message that our room was double booked and that we needed to find another place to sleep. We went back and forth with them, but ended up finding another place to sleep. Once we arrived at our new hotel, we received a message saying they had made a mistake and the room was not double booked after all, and that our reservation was still valid. We demanded a refund of our money since it was their mistake and they canceled on us. They refused and charged our card without us staying there. 3. After they charged our card, we have not heard from them and they are not responding to our messages. There is also no help available from hotels.com. Therefore, we absolutely do not recommend this place.

Boa localização, bem próxima a Estação de trens Termini, quarto limpo, arrumado, água quente. Somente o frigobar que estava com um cheiro muito ruim. No geral, uma boa acomodação para poucas diárias.

No es sencillo de encontrar

No es un hotel, propiamente dicho. Son 4 habitaciones en un piso situado en un edificio residencial. De hecho, no pone nada en el portal, y tras preguntar a un vecino, preocupados porque no lo encontrabamos, tocó el timbre del 3° derecha, y nos negaron que fuera un hotel. Tuvimos que buscar el número de tlf. en la reserva y llamar para que nos atendiera la misma persona que nos había negado antes, y tras confirmar nuestros nombres, nos abrió la puerta. Poneros en contacto antes de ir para quedar y que os expliquen cómo hacer. Dicho esto, el sitio es tranquilo, está muy cerca de la estación de Termini, por lo que estás muy bien comunicado, y la habitación, por el precio que nos cobraron, para ducharte e ir a dormir, es cómoda, apañada y limpia, si no tienes grandes pretensiones. En este sentido, nos vino bien, cumplió su objetivo, y descansamos a gusto.

Muy cómodo, amplio espacio, con secador de pelo, toallas, baño privado, mini heladerita y un sector con algunos elementos de cocina (vasos, cubiertos) Muy cerca de la terminal y con muchas opciones de comida alrededor. No me gustó que no tenga microondas en ese espacio general. El manejo de la calefacción es confusa, no se sabe para qué son los dos controles.

Hotel på mycket bra läge. Endast 3-4 minuters gångväg från centralstationen. Rummet var rätt bra, men hotellägaren var nästan omöjlig att få tag på för att bestämma incheckningstid. Framgår att man ska ringa minst 24 timmar innan incheckning för att bestämma tid. Ringde flera gånger och pratade in röstmeddelande, men blev inte återuppringd. Sedan samma problem när vi skulle komma in i huset där rummet ligger. Detta måste hotellet förbättra. Blev ju en dålig start på en annars fantastisk resa till en underbar stad.

Gode ting: Der var varmt vand i badet. Beliggenheden er god, lige ved hovedbanegården. Vi tog metroen rundt. Dårlige ting: Ingen wifi (selvom vi blev lovet, at det ville blive fixet). Toilettet løb de første tre nætter og blev først fixet på dag 4. Indtjekningen var virkelig besværlig – der stod intet på døren. Vi måtte ringe to gange til hende, før hun skrev, hvad vi skulle gøre. Det er et værelse, man lejer, og ikke et hotel. Der bliver ikke gjort rent eller skiftet håndklæder/sengetøj. Vi endte også med selv at købe toiletpapir. Det er en lejlighed med fire andre, og man kan godt høre de andre. Puderne var elendige, så vi endte med at købe vores egne. Det er meget tydeligt, at rummet ikke er vedligeholdt – det er ikke blevet malet siden 2010 og ser meget slidt ud. Første dag, jeg tog fat i dørhåndtaget, røg det af. Tror desværre bare Rom er mega dyrt og det er svært at finde et godt sted.

施設や立地は良いが、オーナーの対応が不親切

チェックあんなシステムが複雑で、電話をしても通じないので、エントランスで待ちぼうけをしました。近くのホテルのコンシェルジュにお願いして、引き続き連絡をしてもらうと、やっとつながりました。 オーナーと顔を合わせることもなく、1人で泊まったのですが税金も2人分要求され、鍵などの返却のシステムもわからないままチェックアウトしました。 連絡が取れずに、エントランスに入らなくて困っている人に他にも会いました。同じ建物の住人も「3階のあのホテルね」と、エントランスに入れずに困っている人を見かけたり、チャイムを鳴らすので仕方なくドアを開けたりしているようでした。 部屋は、シャワーもエアコンもキッチンもまあ、快適だったのですが、このシステムやオーナーの対応には不満でした。 ローマの旅では、おそらく、もう泊まりません。
