Great location right by Roma Termini. The staff (Alouddin) were great, very responsive to messages. The room was clean and a decent size for 2 (twin beds). Highly recommended.

Close to train station (less than a 10 minute walk) and close to the Colosseo (15-20 minute walk). Staff was friendly and accommodating- after check out we could leave our luggage while we were out all day and collect it before going back to the train. Water kettle in the room. Breakfast included meat and cheese and boiled eggs! Room was like a college dorm room - sufficient. A/C was rattling - otherwise no issues.

el trato fue muy agradable, la habitación era sencilla pero agradable, el único problema que encontré es que no estaba bien detallada la ubicación, porque decía el numero de la calle y el piso, pero cuando se entraba en el portal había 4 escaleras y no se especificaba en cual era y nos costo un rato encontrarlo

Good space for one night

Overall the stay was good and fairly clean. It was what was needed for one night. The floors were peeling and coming apart and didn’t look very clean. The rest of the space was clean. Good a/c unit. Easy check-in process.

Quick last minute stay

Just needed an inexpensive place to stay near the train station. I booked the twin room.Room was good size although the bathroom was quite small. The sink was very, very small and the faucet was on the side making it hard to wash and not get water on the floor. The shower head was old and not removable.They wouldn't change our towels. You get your own keys to come and go when you want. There's no fridge in room.

Bare bones facility. Needed three keys to get into hotel and rooms. The lock was tricky and if you had to exit in a hurry I think that it would pose a safety risk.

저는 한국사람입니다 여기 숙소는 한마디로 최악입니다 청결도 최악입니다 침구는 냄새가 나고 현재 2018년 3월 24일인데 추워서 잠을 못 잘 정도 입니다 프런트에 항의하니 밤 11시부터 오전 5시까지는 히터가 작동을 멈춘다고 합니다 어이가 없습니다 사람이 낮에 자나요? 성인남자2명이 추워서 잠을 못 잘 정도입니다 그리고 샤워시설도 정말 최악중에 최악입니다 배수시설은 꽉 막혀있고 샤워기도 고정되있고 물줄기가 3가닥나옵니다 교도소보다 못 합니다 평점 1점도 주기싫습니다 프런트직원은 불친절하고 영어도 못합니다 특히나 여성분들은 아예 이용이 불가 할 정도 입니다 단 돈 1만원도 아까운 숙소입니다 로마를 이용하는 관광객이 많습니다 모든 숙소가 이 정도 퀄리티의 숙소라면 로마를 오지않을 것 입니다

Administrador muy atento, pero hablaba muy rápido jajajaja, las instalaciones muy bien. No había rótulo, nos costó encontrarlo, los espacios eran reducidos el baño, el comedor también era estrecho.

The B&B is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the Termini Station and at a walking distance from the tourist attractions. We stayed for just one night, before flight back home and it was perfect for our purpose. Our room was modern, clean and quiet. The breakfast has fresh croissants, ham and cheese, and good LAvazza coffee. The host was very nice and helpful. We will come back!
