Noisy

Very much noise from neighborhood and the others staying there. Much noise from cleaning personell. Starting early in the morning. Great cleaning og change of towels every day.

Hotel in good localization

The hotel is in a good location, close to Roma Termini station. The neighborhood has reasonably priced food options and seems safe. We are in for people and they put us in a room with a private bathroom, but it was outside the room. To get to it, we had to go through reception and follow a hallway. It was very unpleasant. On the first day, I complained because the information that the bathroom was outside the room was not on the website. They promised to put me in another room with a bathroom in the room the next day. The next day, they told me that there was no room available and that it would be for the next day. I complained again and they changed our room. This one was smaller, but at least the bathroom was in the room. The staff I spoke to were polite and the only inconvenience was this issue that was reported.

The multitude of hard to use keys is a negative. Most of the restaurants noted on the property info no longer open. Location from Plaza Doumo is a bit far. The rooms are large and the kitchen is good.

The location is 7 min walk from termini station, which is very convenient if you are arriving in Rome by train. There are also buses and other subways stations near by and local restaurants around.

Its was too noisy and on the top early morning staff was moving in stuff and something fell and was very very loud. Hassle to check in, was hard to reach out to the front.

BEWARE: Room advertised listed A/C. There was no AC in the unit and the only thing they offered was for us to sleep with the windows open. The room was still warm, even though the staff member assured us it would be very cold. Rome is loud at night, so sleeping was not an option. Tons of stairs to climb, confusing to find their office. Unfortunately it was a last minute reservation and we had no other choice. Would not recommend. STAY AWAY!

There is no Anas Prime place. It has been under construction and out of use. Yet, they have it advertized on expedia and book customers. We were taken to a different room across from the said Anas Prime Place. This building/room was definitely cheaper looking than the pictures advertized for this facility. Also, they made us pay extra upon arrival in addition to the city tax. They also taxed my underaged child who is supposed to be free. On a positive note, they did clean the room daily. Not many eating options around here so plan accordingly. We over paid for mediocre rooms that were substituted for the better rooms we booked, so would not use them again.

L’arrivée a été correcte mais ça s’est gâché quand on a vu notre chambre, état très loin des attentes. On nous a indiqué des la première journée qu’il faudrait libérer la chambre le lendemain pour une autre qui n’a pas été disponible avant plusieurs heures. ‘Lieux brouillants et des odeurs qui s’infiltraient de l’extérieur et de l’intérieur du building. Ne pas y aller!

La estancia fue agradable, la pieza super amplia. Baño privado pero un poco lejos de la habitación. El personal muy atento. No vi cocina, pero si nos dieron un hervidor para calentar agua. Sector caminable, con varios locales para comer. Solo un poco ruidoso fuera, pero para nosotros no fue problema. Me volvería a alojar.
