A unique and charming property across from the Opera and within walking distance of major sites and the Termini. Very helpful staff assisted with our hop on, hop off questions and arranged transportation for an early departure flight. Will definitely stay here again when in Rome!

Hotel had great Rome charm. Great location with many food opportunities. Close to train station 8 minute walk and 20 minute walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Staff extra helpful sorting out a problem we had, even walking with me to the bank where an ATM ate my card and getting it back for me. Also arranged a reliable transfer to the airport. Groceries one block and excellent restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

A wonderful time piece in a well placed location within Rome, 17 min walk from Trevi and close to so many wonderful restaurants. The cafe just outside our building was great place to get your day started with an espresso and a selection of many great treats! Rooms were clean well maintained and the staff were very helpful. A definite return to this hotel next time we are in Rome! AC worked perfectly, and the older elevator brought you back in time!

Great location. Room was very neat & tidy , and clean and quiet. Could have done with a few more power points, fridge that worked better. With the quaint lift you could never tell what floor you were on. Liked the included tea/coffee arrangement

Good location, close to very good restaurants (tosca and il riposto). Staff was very professional and helpful. AC and WIFI were great. Roma termini was 10 minute walk and a lot of buses were within 5 minute walking distance.

The rooms were bright, refreshing and very comfortable.. The air conditioning worked very well and it was very very hot in Rome during our stay. Near our location, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The antiquated old elevator really brought out the old charm of Rome. Lovely place.

Just loved the location across the street from the opera house. A short walk to many historic sights. Plethora of restaurants at your fingertips. Amazing Gelato! Recommend staying here and plan to do so on future visits.

We stayed here for the night before boarding our ship in the port excellent location 5mins from train station the room was large with good views over looking theatre/opera house 2 minor things which could do with improving one was the shower doors you needed to adjust the strip for the doors to meet or you had water everywhere the other was having to go into the outside hallway to make a coffee not really what ya want yo do when ya walking round in ya underwear very minor things but overall fantastic stay

Location is great and near the Colosseum & rail station as well as the nearby neighborhood of Monti which has some pretty good food and original shops. The pictures were a bit misleading as the hotel is facing directly in front of the opera house which is the first photo you see and is located above some restaurants. Our mini fridge didn't work and we were told to use the public fridge instead. The shower doors had a big gap enough gap in them that the entire bathroom would get wet no matter what you did . The free coffee was nice and the room was overall pretty quiet. Breakfast was offered at 10$ EUR per person per day of we wanted but we opted out. At $400 a night I guess I expected more.
