Great find at good price

2 minute walk to train station, restaurants, cafes and bars close, mini markets across the road. The room was spotlessly clean, very welcoming and would stay again. For the money you pay, its perfect.

Well located, and very lovely staff. However, room and wardrobe was dusty and the common area right outside our room had an assortment of tables. Very cramped. The air conditioning remote control was also kept away and we had to ask to have it. There was daily housekeeping, which was good.

Deixa a desejar

Localização boa por ser perto da estação principal da cidade mas deixa muito a desejar. O check in é em um hotel a 2 quarteirões da estadia então você tem que ir ate la pegar as chaves e depois sair arrastando mala de novo. É em um predio sem porteiro, nada, funciona como um airbnb mesmo. Diversas chaves para entrar. O quarto é limpo, espaçoso. As toalhas de banho sao horríveis, parece papel higiênico de tão finas e não enxugam nada. O cafe da manha que fala ter, eu passei 3 dias la e ele nunca aconteceu. Tive que sair todos os dias pra tomar cafe da manha na rua e gastar a mais por isso. Experiencia ruim, não recomendo.

Generelt en fin oplevelse. Vi var der ikke så meget - vi sov der bare. Men deres aircondition virker ikke og vi fik ikke nok toiletpapir .... men det lå dejligt tæt på togstationen. Det var lidt et specielt med mange nøgler, som alle skulle åbnes på hver deres måde - men fik en grundig gennemgang og så gik det fint.

Great little stay

Stayed here when visiting rome. Lovely hotel not to far away from the train station which is helpful if your arriving via train. The apartments is location is great. The apartment was very spacious and clean and comfy. Get given your own keys so can come and go when you please. Would defiantly recommend this to friends and family.

Lamentablemente cuando llegué para el check-in no estaba la persona para hacerlo. Llame al número y no me contestaron. Tuve que pagar esa primera noche en el Hotel Valentino Palace, justo al lado para poder tener acceso a la Internet y poder comunicarme con el servicio al cliente de Hotels.com Ellos se comunicaron con la persona y tuvimos que hacer el check-in esa noche comoquiera con el individuo. El mintió porque hasta una persona llamó al número y no contestó. Una inquilina lo llamó y fue cuando el llegó al lugar. La habitación era cómoda y bonita, pero deben tener alguien en recepción todo el día para evitar a los clientes contratiempos y gastos innecesario.

This is a great place for anyone trying to be economical on their trip. It had all the amenities that were needed and the staff were very friendly toward Americans.

Clean, bright but small

The night we spent here was comfortable with a clean environment and cold enough air con but the room was small and we could not open our luggage. The stuff meeting us was nice and helpful. It was located just 5 minutes walk to the train station. Will book again next time for a short stay.

Great Place Close to the Train Station

Great hotel within walking distance from the train station. The manager Adolf was super friendly and nice. 10/10, I would stay here again when im back in Rome.

Could be much better

Overall was okay. But that’s pretty much it “okay” for the price given I’m not expected to pay extra “city tax” but anyways. Service could have been better had to ask for shower gel more than once as this wasn’t supplied by house keeping. Rooms in good shape just them small things that make the difference between and “okay” stay and a “great” stay

Too much of a hassle!

The bed is super hard. Breakfast served at 7:30am. Would be helpful if it be earlier. Room safe not functioning. It was difficult to checkout early as the door to the office is closed. The office is in a separate location from the rooms and is unreachable from the street early in the morning.

Not what I was expecting

To check in you actually go to Hotel Chicago about a block away. The location of the room is not an actual hotel but a nondescript apartment building in between a bunch of regular hotels. The gentleman at Hotel Chicago walked us over to the apartment building and showed us in, he was very nice. The room is more alongs the lines of a fully private hostel room. It’s small with its own bathroom. It looks like they turned an larger apartment into 5-6 private rooms with a community room for breakfast. It was honestly not what I was expecting based on the pictures. It was not overtly dirty but also not the cleanest room. Old bedding and towels and was very dated. We were only there one night and wanted to be close to Roma Termini for our early train the next morning, it’s about 4 min walk to train station. It worked for our very short stay but would not stay her again. Needs some updating.

The apartment is very clean and big. The lady who serve the breakfast to us, Nadia is very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay there. One thing to improve probably is the water pressure of the shower head. The water suddenly turned super cold and hot while i was bathing. Something which can be improved. Other than that, everything is nice! Highly recommended.
