It was good for the price range. As long as you’re not expecting The Four Seasons! Clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, hot water, and AC works. Good location - safe! Right down the street from Trevi Station. Recommend for people on a budget.
Was okay but air conditioning was not working properly. What I meant it was very low and no fresh air.

Just what we needed!
It was a little difficult to find exactly where the hotel is and how to enter, but once there the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We had a private room with a private bathroom. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. It is a bit outdated, but was clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom was down the hall and although private, was very easy to unlock without a key. The bathroom was small but functional. The few things we asked for while there were never followed through on, but we had what we needed. It was a fair price and the location was perfect and close to everything we needed.
This property was extremely difficult to find with no prior direction on how to find it with ease. The A/C in my bedroom leaked when it was running which made for an annoyance when trying to sleep.
Pros: I was able to let the luggages before the check-in.
Cons: The air conditioning was leaking water, the bathroom was on the halway.
They said they don't have any other room available.
After much arguing with them ,they give me another room .
I would never recommend this.
Terrible !!!
My experience at this hotel was the worst of a kind. On checking-in I was told due all the rooms being busy so I was given a room with its toilet located outside of it and we had to walk across the hotel corridor to use, nevermind how tiny and unclean this bathroom was, this also was humiliating to me and my family.
After I complained to the hotel directly they via Hotel.com and asked for a refund, I was told since this non-refundable the hotel has the right to decide (although I wanted to cancel due to the above)
The hotel staff swapped my room in the following day to a room that didn’t smell ok and had poor lightening also it’s bathroom was tiny and substandard.
I won’t recommend this hotel despite their reasonable price you will be getting less that you paid somehow.

Rough, hard to find, but OK
This is a hard place to write a review. First off, it really is NOT a hotel. It is a converted flat, that is a work in progress. There is no way to find this place, it has no sign out front. The only way we found it was the guy running the bistro next door showing us the way. We almost had to just go find another hotel.
Once we found it, it was pretty rough. The place needs a lot of work, for instance the floor in the room was very uneven, and the tiles were coming off the floor. We had our own bathroom, but we had to go down the hall to get there. Said bathroom was pretty bad.
The elevator was very small, no more than two people at a time, and often did not work.
All that said, they guys working there were great. There was almost always someone at the desk who spoke some English. You can tell that they are working hard to make it better. I bet if I went back a year or two it would be a lot better. The room was clean, and pretty good sized. We were near the train station, right in the middle of Rome.
Once we figured out how it works, I was not too unhappy with the place. I felt safe there, and the location was great. One last thing, they say they offer rides to the airport, they don't say that it costs about 70 euro. Take the train.
La stanza molto vecchia, non esiste il bidet la doccia poco funzionale, rumore in stanza durante la notte dovuta alla perdita dello scarico che avviava l elettro pompa.
