The view of ruins and the city is great! The location of this hotel is great. Very central to historical sites. While this is not a 5 star type of hotel, the staff is always helpful and quick to respond. I would classify this as a 3.5 star property with nearly 5 star service and a 5 star view. The breakfast and coffee was great every morning. We upgraded to a suite with a terrace which made for a very special stay. The price was fair for what we received. I recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff, beautiful patios and great views. Unfortunately the pillows, duvet and towels made the hotel feel less than luxurious and more like an air b& b. for such a high priced and rated hotel we expected fresh, crisp high end linen, pillows, duvet and towels. Replacing old linen, duvets, and towels should be a basic standard for a hotel in this price point.

The good: great location. Updated rooms. The staff was trying to help, but it really felt like they had no authority or not much motivation to do so, but they were nice. The not so good: not worth the money at all. For $500 or $600 a night you would expect better hotel experience. The pictures are deceptive, especially of the roof deck. There is no deck for hotel guests. It is a restaurant that you require a reservation for or buy something substantive to be able to sit at a table. This is ok if that is what is written in the description. Except that in the description said there is a roof deck and showed nice pictures. Bit deceptive. We couldn’t access it during our stay. Also the lobby and overall facilities were quite underwhelming. Again, good location, but not worth the price.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Close to Coliseum and Trastevere. Hotel staff, especially the folks in the lobby, were ALWAYS friendly, welcoming and sooo helpful, always with a smile. Breakfast was lovely. Our best meal of the trip was at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which we had decided for our last meal in Rome. Fabulous view, excellent service, and fantastic food/cocktails. Great shower, cold AC, and comfortable bedding too! Would give 6 stars if we could.

Our family of 5 (adults) loved the hotel. Great location & walkable to everything. Very easy walk across the bridge to Trastevere which we loved as well as walkable to most or of the sites. Great modern vibe and wonderful rooftop bar. Check in & staff were wonderful & very helpful. (Bar waitress was abit snippy & unfriendly but maybe a bad day…) Rooms were great in sz & modern. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant hotel next to the river and close to many of the best tourist sites. Not cheap but reasonable for a business hotel in central Rome. On a main road but quiet. Rooftop terrace with bar and excellent views which I only found on the last night as it has a separate lift. Very good buffet breakfast included.

Love this Rome hotel and would always make it my first choice in Rome!!! Rooms were wonderful, breakfast ample, location perfect, but the best feature was the friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the moment our family arrived, we were welcomed as valued guests and that treatment continued throughout our stay. Special mention to all those at the front desk on March 28 and 29 for your kindness and assistance to our family (3 generations).

Really great place. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. We were there in early March so not busy, location is good. You can walk to the colosseum or rent scooter and bike lane most of the way and easily ride the whole way. Roof top restaurant is nice. Steam room gets super hot. I would stay again.
