"We had a great time at Quinta das Tilias Douro Valley. The view does not disappoint...beautiful!It was easy to find with the instructions given and Marcos was always available to answer questions before and after arrival. The property is quiet and peaceful. Easy parking for several cars. There is also a small grocery store less than a 5 minute drive away. There wasn't a lot of English spoken there, but we were able to get everything we needed with no problems. The weather was cool and damp during our visit so we did not use the pool, but it looked to be in nice condition.This was our first time using a home rental, and everything went very smoothly, from the booking to communication with Marcos. We would do this again and if you're looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway, I would highly recommend this property!P.S. We really enjoyed eating at Desvio Roulote Bar, which was only a few minutes away. Delicious, affordable food in a fun, laid back atmosphere "

"We had an amazing stay at Casa do Vimieiro. Very traditional house with all facilities we needed. The pool and views were outstanding! A perfect way to relax. Susana was a great host, she helped organise and book a personalised day trip for us, which ticked all the sightseeing, and food & wine, experience boxes. Defo reccommend. Location is great to explore around the area, and never too far from supermarkets and lovely little villages/towns. "

"Beautiful property. Very remote but we were happy with that! The children loved the pool area. Host were very good at communicating. Really well equiped kitchen. Would highly recommend hiring a chef if you wanted a special meal instead of dining out. "

"This is a super house to stay in, 10 minutes walk to a great beach with a bar and at the weekends kayaks and paddle boards to hire. There is also plenty of shade.The house itself is well equipped and comfortable.Miguel is a perfect host and is very speedy in his communication.It is by itself and very quiet. Our adult family had a great time staying here."
