"An absolute gem of a property a tiny bit off the Camino and worth every step! Out hosts were unbelievably gracious and helpful. The rooms were spotless and cozy and comfortable. We met a couple of other pilgrims and became fast friends over afternoon glasses of beer and wine from the “honor kitchen” while sitting outside on the courtyard patio in a tiny, quiet hamlet. "We finished walking the Camino Portuguese. We were exhausted, needing a couple of days to recover. My husband and I couldn't have asked for more. The room was perfect. It was spacious, well appointed and so comfortable. The staff went above and beyond the entire time we were there. We especially loved Pilar, but the entire staff was perfect. The breakfast was spectacular. There were so many options, it was hard to choose what to eat. We also are dinner at the hotel. Delicious. Couldn't ask for more."
