Just needs a uplift the carpet throughout need to be replaced the couch in my room was so broke I couldn't seat on it but the room was clean and the people were nice it was quiet stay

The ice machine is broken and not sure if it was getting fixed. Towels need replaced. They had tread bare spots. The door locks didn't work well with the card keys. Had to get new ones every time I came back to my room. The staff was very friendly!!!! and did provide ice from the kitchen area.

The property is in very nice location - it is on an elevated hill and you can see the nature from window. The staff was good and cordial and even offered tea. The bed and cleaning in toilet might have been a little better. The breakfast menu can be enhanced.

I was a little worried after reading reviews. Pleasantly suprised with the cleanliness of our room and comfort of the bed. The shower did have some grout stains like I read but the pressure of the water was sooo good! Great quiet place to stay

My dad and I stayed at the Quality Inn in Rogersville, TN for 3 nights and rented 2 separate rooms. The staff were friendly and process of check-in/check-out went smoothly. I feel they can spend some money on upgrades as the carpet in the stairwell was badly stained and just looked gross. My sheets on the bed were pilled and didn't look great. and the shower head definitely needed some cleaning or replacement. The breakfast that was offered was very limited and feel a few more options could be added. The hotel was busy the weekend we stayed as there was a festival in town, but had no issues with parking and the parking lot had plently of lights to allow you to feel safe.

The staff was very courteous. It was conveniently located. They had no soap in the bathroom but I always take my own just in case. The towels were very rough and the bed was extra firm.

It was kept clean around the food area. There wasnt much food. I dont like waffles or pancakes either that was mostly what was there fir hot food. I would suggest sandwiches fir microwave be added for customers and donuts. Goid breakfast gets more customers.of course cleanliness above all.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned from the surface to the clogged drains. One of the washcloths was thread bare - you could completely see through it. The bed was very lumpy and in need of replacing. On a previous visit about a year ago, we stayed on the 2nd floor and it was fine, average. We have a dog and it was convenient, however this stay was not as pleasant. Sadly the breakfast is barely there - selection and quantity.

HEADS Up ran out of room in comment area.

No key needed in rear entrance of hotel, just pull and the door opens, Ice machine broke, Pool been closed for a long time, Mold in the Bathroom, handprints on shower wall, and when water splashed out of sink when bathing in it the white towels turned brown from the dirt on the floor. a big ball of HAIR was found in the covers. Air condition was good for August except for the musty dog smell that came out. Continental breakfast, was choice of a waffle, no Cereal, had milk, Bread that could be toasted with a jar of peanut butter or plain yogurt (un flavored) Coffee was available, Asked to check in 45 minutes early had drove for 5 hours, literally the parking lot was empty except for 5 cars the entire time I was there. Was advised I had to wait until 3pm. No one would answer the phone was there for a funeral so had to leave the family to find out. Asked for a refund the first day was advised that since I booked through a 3rd party ,HOTEL.com not happening. There are chairs in the parking lot for the night walkers and randoms to hang out. Which they were very friendly when they were laying on the benches out front. Frequently the front desk had a sign up stating that its unattended. Wish I thought to take pictures. Outside it looks like it's not been weedeated this year. Also, windows are busted on second floor seen from the parking area. Hotel looks good from 100 yards. and the front desk area looks like its been remodeled and nothing else. Interesting thats the only pics

Room 124 the toilet handle needs to be fixed, the shower head, as well as the tub needs to be cleaned with something to get the calcium deposits off. The staff was AMAZING. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! The breakfast was great, lots of choices and the location is very convenient!
