"Nice walking distance for anything down town "

"Toilet was loose, AC breaker was tripped, none of the pop machines worked, elevators were stained and dirty, TV didn't work in the lounge. Clean sheets. For 60 bucks I'd expect nothing less. 5 stars."

"The best hotel in Calgary! The rooftop hot tubs make it all worth it. They’re a great temp and are open late. We always stay up here for hours. The last few times, the elevators were kind of scary. They jump up and down and make really loud noises we’ve never heard. The shower head was also really spotty in the bathroom in our room. "

"Pros: convenient location to where we needed, fast waterslide, easy check in, cold water/tea/coffee in the lobby. Cons: Room carpet was very stained and dirty, one room smelled of old stale smoke. A lot of dogs staying in the hotel. Two levels smelled heavily of marijuana one night. Hotel desperately needs a renovation. "
