Nothing good about this hotel, the hallways and room had an stench odor. Floors in room dirty missing light blubs. Staff was pleasant! Breakfast will make you want to diet. I will never use expedia again.

Clean, affordable and comfortable stay

Our stay was a comfortable one. The hotel was clean and the staff and management were available and polite. No complaints. Breakfast was good and there was a lot to choose from. We enjoyed our time in the area.

The rooms themselves were nice. Comfortable and clean. However, the walls are very, very thin, and the doors are squeaky. I was unfortunate to have neighbors that were in and out of their room all night. The sound of slamming doors and squeaking kept me up for most of the night. Our neighbor had his TV on and it was like he was in the room with us. With a little bit of tweaking, this hotel could be even better.

The place was nice and clean but it felt very dark because of the color choices. Also the lighting was like an industrial LED bright white instead of a softer more natural light. When in the bathroom, it was like being in a closet doing your makeup. I think using a different fixture or bulb would fix it. Next time they paint, use a lighter color. Breakfast was good, it just seemed the didn't put out enough of the egg sandwiches or yogurts for the number of customers. Once they were gone, they didn't restock for more people coming to breakfast. I have no major complaints, it was a pleasant enough stay for the night. My comments are just some improvements that would go a long way.

Inexpensive, but good value for money. We try to travel simply. This works. Staff was very accommodating. We have stayed at this property several times , whenever we visit friends in Rochester. Simple breakfast, but all we need or want.

My son and I liked out stay. The property has a "Just Painted" look and feel, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, convenience comes with a price, and the hotel is adjacent to the local express way, and surrounded with commercial properties. The walls and windows just can't block the level of noise. However, we slept well and enjoyed out stay.

Friendly staff. The room is very clean. I love the kitchen. Please get rid of the LED lights. They're harsh and flicker. The exhaust fans are sometimes noisy.
