Fantastyczna obsługa ! Bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. Genialna lokalizacja 4 ośrodki narciarskie w zasięgu przejażdżki (civetta,arabba,san pellegrino,aloe lusia). Duży parking. Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadania, na słono i słodko. Jedyny minus to niewygodne łóżka i dość krótkie.W zasięgu spaceru kilka knajpek w Caprile.

Wpadł i wypadł..
Miejscowość ładnie położona, blisko Marmolady, widać Civettę. Budynek hotelu dość stary. Raczej posprzątane. Obsługa ma problem z językami - radzą sobie po włosku i niemiecku - innych ni w ząb. SPA nawet nawet, ale do sauny czy jaccuzi trzeba wrzucić 2 euro żeby zechciały ruszyć, mimo że SPA dostępne jest tylko trzy godziny dziennie - mogliby już nie dziadować (jak w kościele - wezmą 2 tysiaki za pogrzeb i jeszcze Ci tacę pod nos podstawią). Śniadania basic - największy rarytas to jajko na twardo. Dobra kawa w dobrej ilości. Parking bardzo mały - dla samochodu terenowego udręka z wjazdem i wyjazdem. Na trzy dni pobytu raz zdarzyła się wielogodzinna przerwa w działaniu wi-fi. Poza tym działało sprawnie,

Colazione inclusa??? Che vergogna!!! Niente da dire, camera piccola, abbastanza pulita..Alla sera domandiamo l'ora quando sarà servita la colazione. 7.30!!! Scendiamo alle 7.35 , la sala era piena e non c'era quasi niente... Un po di pane, monoporzioni di burro e marmellata, qualche pezzetto di crostata, e croissant vuoti. Un vassoio solo con tre fettine di salame e due di spalla cotta. Un po di cereali, ma senza yogurt, certo e senza piatti. Hanno portato piatti alla nostra richiesta, ma piccolissimi, da frutta. Tanta gente finiva già da mangiare. Tutto il resto si doveva chiedere: caffè, acqua per il tè, ho chiesto un po di latte, la cameriera mi ha guardato brutto, ma mi l'ha portato. Dopo aver finito di mangiare(!) ho visto che hanno riempito il vassoio con affettati: salame, mortadella e spalla cotta di pessima qualità al massimo 5 euro al chilo nei supermercati discount... Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro e umiliati... Sicuramente non torneremo mai più!!! Prezzi albergo come in centro Parigi, ma trattati malissimo!!! Non consiglio assolutamente a nessuno!!!

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist noch aus den 70ern. Leider sehr hellhörig. Die Dame vom Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem mit einem festgesteckten Kaltwasseranschluss im Bad das hat aber der Hausmeister sofort und sehr freundlich gelöst.

Mediamente discreto hotel con personale gentile e buon ristorante. purtroppo la stanza assegnataci è stata al.di sotto delle attese rispetto alla spesa. In particolare la.stanza era priva di frigorifero e il bagno era davvero piccolo, con.doccia con tenda.La pulizia era buona.Posizione complessivamente buona rispetto ai passi:l'hotel si trova poco dopo Caprile e si evita il.traffico della.strada alleghe e caprile se.si vuole andare verso i passi.il parcheggio.dell'hotel era pieno ma.poco più avanti c'è un parcheggio pubblico,che si raggiunge a piedi,ma la strada in particolare di notte è un po' pericolosa a piedi.perché il marciapiede non è continuo.

Relax e metà
Un soggiorno rilassante a metà. La prina Camera datata, molto datata con tv ancora con il tubo catodico, piccola che dal letto non si vedevano le figure.la moquette al pavimento e il bagno con la tenda. La camera non era delle migliori, poi per fortuna, con insistenza ci hanno cambiato camera, le condizioni rimanevano le stesse ma almeno avevamo il balcone e un affaccio sul paesino. Pareva di respirare meglio. L'aspetto positivo è la pulizia, impeccabile, la biancheria cambiata regolarmente, cosa non scontata.
La colazione a buffet abbastanza soddisfacente.
