"We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. "Ich war äußerst enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Bed & Breakfast. Das Zimmer war alles andere als sauber und ordentlich. Der Boden war klebrig, und die Betten wurden offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogen – es waren noch Dreck und Haare von den vorherigen Gästen zu finden, was absolut inakzeptabel ist.Besonders besorgniserregend war das Verhalten der Eigentümer. Die Legitimation wird nicht vor Ort, sondern ausschließlich über WhatsApp durchgeführt, was ich als äußerst unsicher empfinde....
