Bad experience… luxury building with very lousy service… no one available at reception, no one talk in English, my bathroom sink was so dirty & smelly… will never stay here again.. I rather prefer average property with excellent service…

This is not a hotel - stay away.

There is not enough space to say how bad this place is. First, it's not a hotel, it's a collection of apartments in a building. So, no traditional hotel resources. Second, the rooms were big, but smelled like an ashtray and cigarette burns all around the apartment. Dirty rug, very dingy bathrooms.

Good but for the price could expect better

The apartment is very nice and well located. Nonetheless, my unit could use a restock of basic kitchen items. The unit did not have glasses and a few other things. Finally, the check in and check out process is not very clear and the door guards are rude and most of them do not speak English.

Bad experience, stay away

This is the worst managed apartment I stayed in. First of all, the location and check in details are not clearly communicated. Once you get to the building you have chat on WhatsApp with someone and he sends someone, none of them speak English. Then ask you for payment in the most unprofessional way. Rooms stink like you are in an ash tray. Bathroom was dirty. Nobody came to service the room. Just avoid this place.

Spacious suites / apartments with large bedroom, living area and good fittings that have not been taken care off. The whole room had a horrible stale smoke smell. The carpets were stained with unknown liquid spills. Tables and dresser had cigrette stub marks and the washbasins had hair stuck in it. I asked two occupents if they had similar rooms/experiences and the response was identical. The service is non existent with under trained staff and no sense of wanting to help customers. I failed to understand how the brands Damac or Fendi would associate themselves with this property. Not recommended at all.
