iI recently stayed at your property, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with several aspects of the service. There were no bath towels provided in the bathroom The response from the reception staff was not as expected. I did not receive a timely or helpful response to my concerns, which further added to my frustration.

السلام عليكم بخصوص الحجز الاخير يومين ١٦ و ١٧ ، قمت بالدفع مره اخرى حيث افاد الفندق بانهم لم يستلموا ايميل من الشركه وقاموا بالاتصال بها دون جدوى، امل حل مشكلتي وارسال المطلوب للفندق لكي استرجع أموالي !! انها تجربه غير جيده اطلاقا ..
