Staff was friendly and service was great. The only problem i had was that the counter in the bathroom had some dried food in several places. Other than that, it was a fairly clean room. Comfortable bed and great amenities.

SMOKERS BEWARE This hotel is unprofessional upon check in I was charged for an extra two nights instead of my deposit fee and on top of that upon checkout I was charged a $250 smoking fee which is ridiculous everytime I needed to smoke I stepped outside even made eye contact with the front desk people and still get charged for a smoking free ridiculous I guess since my clothes smelled like smoke it made the room smell like it but to be charged an extra fee because my clothes smelt like smoke not acceptable and on top of that the breakfast was disgusting the eggs looks hard and like plastic the break was literally rock hard the pancake machine didn’t work half the time and when I went to go use the yogurt machine a piece of the machine feel into my cup this was by far the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at and to be honest the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had I would avoid this costly hotel at all cost there are much better cheaper hotels in the area like woodsprings suites!

No vallas a este hotel si no quieres que te roben tu dinero tenemos pruebas de que se nos cobraron doble las habitaciones y ni así nos quiere regresar el dinero el manager sus Empleados Ezequiel y la otra mujer no tienen no idea de lo que están haciendo solo toman tarjetas y se hacen que no encuentran las habitaciones y se las cargan a su tarjeta sin aviso ni consentimiento de usted y para ser lo peor el Manager es un grosero que en ves de dar más entrenamiento a sus empleados solo culpa al cliente estamos pasando por mucha estrés con este personal espero que si hay más personas que estén pasando por esto nos contacten para aver que pasa porque yo creo que no somos los únicos con este problema porque varias amigos y familiares pasaron lo mismo ese día

Mi habitación se la dirron a otra persona el mismo día nos hicieron el check-in a las dos parejas si dare cuenta cuando abri la puerta estaban en la cama fue tan vergonzoso un grande error de ellos y todavía tuvimos que pagar de nuevo otro cuarto por supuesto carísimo por ser al momento por que yo avía perdido la reserva cuando le estábamos enseñando que teníamos las tarjetas el management no quiso hablar con nosotros era el día de mi boda todo lo arruinaron esas personas ni tienen idea de lo que hacen en cuestión de su trabajo si no quieren pasar por una mala experiencia no vallan a ese hotel terrrible está haciendo muchos errores
