Mi vuelo llegaba una hora mas tarde, y solo después de haber pagado el hotel me mando un correo que no podían esperarme mas de las 20 h para el check-in así que me perdí la primera noche (de 2) y tuve que irme. A otro hotel que por supuesto no reserve con ustedes porque no me puedo fiar de ustedes y la información que ofrecen del hotel...

"Our room/bed, pool, bountiful buffet and staff were the highlights of this hotel. We did visit the spa and steam room on our last stay, the spa was a little run down and wouldn’t pay for this if we stay again. The service for the spa was odd as we weren’t sure what we were doing and were left to find where it is and what to do with no help. "

Very quiet with privacy while walking the grounds Pool looks beautiful , did not use it… the hotel has an interesting rule about wearing swimming caps and it was not heated We were ok without the pool because there were plenty of beaches under a 10 minute drive that were beautiful with warm water "

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
