I love this hotel!

This was one of the best hotel experience of my life. I would rather stay here than any 5-star hotel. The staff was exceptional. They took time out of their day to teach me Japanese, they lent us 3 bikes to use for free, and they were funny, positive, and helpful. Did I mention they have very competitive pricing, ideal location for hiking and transit, and hot springs? If you are visiting Rishiri, stay here.

フレンドリーで静か

航空便の欠航で宿泊のキャンセル、手荷物保管など、すっかりお世話になってしまいましたがとても気持ちよく対応していただき感謝しています。フェリーターミナルからも近く、館内も静かで安眠できました。このフェリーターミナルの二階の港に面した食堂、とても景色がよくおすすめです。

フェリー港から至近

フェリーターミナルから近く、観光バスやレンタカーの利用にも便利。食事は美味しかったです。朝食時間(ビュッフェ)が8:30まででしたが、9時まであると良かったです。夏の星観測は参加して良かったです。

フロントの方の態度が邪魔くさそうでにため息交じりで話されていました。 料理も良くなかったです。 毛ガニはパサパサしていて、鮭のけんちん汁と書いてあったのですが鮭はといえば 5ミリ四方の厚さ1ミリ程度の薄っぺらい鮭が2～3枚でした ご飯お変わりできますとのことでお変わりしたら入れ物の底を這うような量しか入ってませんでした。 若いスタッフの方やお布団引いてくれる方などはとてもさわやかで素敵な方でしたので残念です。

The hotel is located just across the road from the main ferry terminal. Staff members provided service that felt personal despite the language barrier. The hotel also offers an amazing dinner spread.

鴛泊港フェリーターミナルの目の前にあるホテル

鴛泊港フェリーターミナルから徒歩にすると数分、ターミナルからも「あっ、ホテル」と見えるところにあり、観光バス、路線バス、フェリー利用に関しては、とても便利です。数は限られますが、レンタル自転車もあり、ちょっとしたサイクリング体験も可能です。夜には、ガイドさんによる利尻島の花を紹介してくれるスライドショーも開かれます。スライドショーは、島内散策の前に必見です。

靠近碼頭的好飯店。熱心的飯店人員還會幫忙找當地的租車，解決問題。裡面有幾位臺灣去的打工度假員工，也很熱情的主動提供資訊。

Great hotel next to the ferry port

Hotel offered warm airport pick up and drop off service. All staff are friendly and very efficient in handling guests' request. Hotel has 4 bikes and offered free bike rental during day time. The 30 minutes Rishiri area introduction slide show starting at 20:00 is very attractive and informative.

Nice hotel close to the ferry terminal

離渡輪碼頭走路5分鐘，很舒適的小飯店，晚餐是套餐式的，不錯吃，早餐自助餐弱掉，種類選擇少了點，房間沒有冷氣，夏天有點熱，但飯店直接有準備電風扇放在房裡，感覺就ok
