"The room was very good. We booked the swim up suite. However, it didn’t seem like the pool was cleaned daily. Service in HAO restaurant was good but beach service was very slow and extremely expensive. The beach and location was very nice and most staff except for beach service was very good . For what they would like to be a five star resort and the nightly prices they could up their service game."

"Property was nice as well as the staff. Shower in the room was only room temperature and did not adjust at all with either handle. Would have liked to see a swim up bar or central location to get drinks during the day rather then going to the restaurant all the time."

"This spectacular casita is indeed spectacular. The view is stunning and the casita is so comfortable with a beautiful Mexican architecture and so nicely decorated. Well equipped. Spotlessly clean. The natural stone stairs are a challenge with suitcases and groceries but fine without being loaded down. And they are absolutely beautiful.Our host was very communicative and accommodating. She generously agreed to early check in and late check out which was so appreciated. "
