I booked this hotel after reviewing the Expedia advertisement. The problem for me is the photos of the very nice modern looking room in the profile is from another hotel down the road. So, I was deceived (not saying deliberately) but still deceived by the Expedia page. The rooms are nothing like the photo. The double bed was small being a double but my issue was with the length. I’m 176cm (5’9 ) and my feet were hanging out of the bed all night. I spoke with the hotel manager who was very attentive and the staff were great. The manager told me that the pictures on the page are an Expedia issue. Either way, I didn’t get what we thought we were paying for.

Very nice stay. Hotel Taroa infrastructures are excellent considering the environment. Staff helpful and nice. Better when you take the junior suites I guess because you have big windows and balcony. hamocs and guajira art makes the business style hotel a bit more colorful, which is good. terrace above is really nice as well.

This is the one to stay at

This is the one to stay at, They have a sister hotel close by which is a good choice if you have children; and it is where they send you to park your car. Receptionist is a sour grape and can't find reservations, just ignore her...

Very dissapointing stay

I stays there for 3 nights and none of them were pleasent. Staffs, cleaness and safety are excellent but the room is equipped with old machines thay make terrible sound. Plus it's close to a bar that doesn't stop playing music. There was a point I wanted to scream. I wouldn't stay there again.

Muy malo el servicio, poco profesionales en el trato con el huésped, el restaurante de la terraza muy malo, la comida muy baja calidad y costoso, el desayuno q es incluido, no lo atienden en el restaurante nadie, la gente no saluda... Las habitaciones limpias pero muy pequeña.
