The location is great ! Hotel facilities are really and once the swimming pool/spa on 15th floor is finished, will add up a plus to the hotel. Carlos and Ricardo are always available and at full disposal for any customer's needs. Positive in all senses and I recommend to everybody !

Everything was good at this hotel. One thing that was not satisfactory was the breakfast buffet. The selection of foods was good, however, the staff did not do a good job of keeping the food stocked and much of it was not available.

I loved the location f this hotel, but they were renovating the pool and you could not use it. Throughout the day there as jack hammering going on till the lat3 afternoon. The breakfast was very poor and often later in the mornin*b there was little to,choose from. Wifi was poor which meant I often had to move move to the lobby to get reception

Amei muito, fiquei apenas 1 dia mais foi o bastante para amar o hotel e querer voltar mais vezes, os meninos da recepção da parte da manhã super hiper mega educados , o rapaz que pegas as malas então nem sem fala, incríveis educados !! Pior hotel que já conheci na minha vida!!!!

Foi horrível. 0 limpeza/higiene. Banheiros sujos e entupidos, ar condicionado horrível, passei calor a noite, luzes queimadas, inclusive a luz principal do quarto queimou, pedimos para trocar e não trocaram. Ficamos sem luz até o último dia. Foi terrível, nunca mais nos estagiaremos.

A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. O chão estava cheio de areia. O “cartão de acesso” ao quarto travou todas as vezes que saíamos do quarto e tinhamos que ir ate a recepção para validar novamente. Nota 6/10.

Necessita modernização, atendimento bom!

O hotel é antigo, precisaria de uma modernização, reforma, a escrivaninha/mesa do quarto esta toda lascada, quarto antigo, banheiro também, com teto com mancha de vazamento, mas o colchão da cama é bom. O pessoal que nos recebeu no dia que chegamos foi muito atencioso e prestativo. Se reformassem e modernizarem, sera um ótimo hotel, com pessoal muito prestativo e atencioso.

Café da manhã ruim, horário pessimo das 7 as 10 se chegar as 9:30 já era tem nada, móveis tudo velho com marca de uso os MDF tudo inchado, chão do local cola da nojo e castura, elevador parece que vai quebrar qualquer momento, não tem secador de cabelo padrão qualquer hotel, cheguei de madrugada 4-5h foi pegar as chave Halll tudo escuro parece lugar fantasma, ar condicionado fede mofo, sinceramente local é caro para valor custo benefício 0-10 minha nota 4,3. Hotel fora do padrão ruim

Estive junto a minha esposa hospedado 2 dias para o Rock in Rio. Fomos bem atendidos, porém alguns problemas que foram reportados não foram atendidos, a pia do banheiro estava entupida desde que chegamos e mesmo após 2 pedidos, não foi resolvido. O quarto tampouco foi limpo quando solicitado. Em outros pontos, o café da manhã é bom, a estrutura do hotel é boa, os funcionarios se mostraram sempre educados e a localização é ótima com metro e praia perto. Atende.

Hotel bem mal conservado, roupa de cama e banho bem desgastados, amarelados.. ar condicionado ruim, fraco.. nao é tao limpo. não tem ar condicionado funcionando na area do café da manha, é um calor tremendo. As pessoas todas são muito educadas mas o local esta bem decaído.
