Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war zu laut. Es war unmöglich mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage zu schlafen. Die Klimaanlage ist veraltet.

Very disappointed

The room itself was okay, but the staff were very lazy and unhelpfull. There should have been free wi-fi, but it didnt work. Breakfast was also flavorless, there were only some bread,ham and cheese. Toaster didnt work earher. Not coming again.

Stayed for 6 nights. Convenient and safe location, close to everything (beach, supermarket, restaurant, laundry and metro etc). Room is spacious, we enjoyed beer at the balcony. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Buena ubicación para el precio, a dos cuadras de Copacabana, habitación de buen tamaño y como se muestra en las fotos, la puerta del baño de la 203 no cierra muy bien. El desayuno podría ser más variado pero era agradable, el aire acondicionado es manual pero te acostumbras, nunca supe como encender las hornillas en la cocina de la habitación pero finalmente no la necesitaba. El primer día que llegué la recepcionista no fue muy amable pero para el último día ya era diferente. La limpieza muy buena.

Pleasant stay. Room services was great. Rooms were cleaned regularly. The only issue for me W was that for a place as hot as Rio, they shouldn’t shut the pool at 5pm. Also the jacuzzi wasn’t working throughout my stay, which was a shame. But overall, it was good. Great location. Everything is practically on your door step (places to eat, beach, metro etc)

Clean and comfortable at a fair price

Good hotel with spacious room, clean, fair condition. The area is good but one should always be cautious when walking in Copacabana. This hotel is a good value for the area.

The property was close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants nearby. The room here was much bigger than my stay at another hotel where I paid 3x as much. I will use this hotel again when I come to Rio

Good Value in Copa

Been staying at this hotel on and off for about 15 years. Great, friendly staff. It's getting a little old and I've had to call maintenance a few times in my last few visits but a good value. Huge rooms. Every room is a suite. A few blocks from the beach and a little dicey at night but that's Rio.

The place is not big, but just right for a vacation. It has a small kitchen a refrigerator. It is very close to the subway and a couple of blocks from the beach. It has a nearby restaurant that is opened 24hrs. The food selection is good. Enjoy!

Muito bom!

Ótimo custo/benefício. Como vários postaram falando, os funcionários são excelentes e espero que ganhem um salário digno. De qualquer forma, se melhorasse um pouco ficaria tão caro que melhor não. Rss Mas realmente poderia ganhar uma mão de tinta, melhorar o piso (que foi mal escolhido e fica arranhado) e, principalmente, deixar uns apetrechos básicos na cozinha. Tipo ao menos uma panela, uma frigideira, toalha de papel, esponja e detergente. Só tem talher e prato, o que não faz sentido algum e deve deixar muito turista com família que pretendia cozinhar bem chateado. Mas nem coifa/suggar tinha, então deve ser de propósito para evitar que as pessoas usem mesmo. Ao lado de padaria e mercado 24h. Banheiro bom com pressão de água fantástica e uma enorme bancada. Boas camas e ótima varanda. Muitos canais na TV bem grande. Café da manhã muito bem servido mesmo. Pretendo voltar.

Great location

Promenade Princess Copacabana This hotel staff have been great. They do not hassle you for bringing guests to the hotel and for this I would have to recommend this hotel. The hotel location is very good one block away from subway and a block away from Copacabana beach, it's not a far walk to Ipanema beach, lots of shopping and restaurants in the area and for you Starbucks fans five minute walk. The hotel has A very small restaurant that is adequate. The free breakfast in the morning is very limited but it is free. The hotel has an gym which is open from 7 to 10 or 11 PM. The gym has two treadmills and one bike, The equipment was in very poor condition neither of the treadmills work and the bike was not rideable. The only weights in the gym was a partial set of dumbbells. The pool hot tub and sauna were not working the entire time that I was at the hotel the pool was undergoing some maintenance work; but this was not communicated before arrival to the hotel it was not disclose. If you are planning to visit Rio add this hotel to your list for the money it might not be a bad deal under $100.00 just be aware that the condition of the hotel and the amenities may not be that good. Our room had all the kitchen appliances and utensils we needed. There was a lot of good English speaking TV, and moves channels available, and from my long experience in visiting Rio this was the best TV and movie experience I have had.

It is a nice hotel, with only one block to beach.

My experience inside the hotel it was the best possible. Nice attendance, with friendly staff. The only thing that i need to reclaim, it was the room cleanliness, they let us with one and a half day without cleaning the room. But taking this little problem off, my stay in the hotel was the best possible.

O Check-in foi muito rápido e fácil, o quarto muito amplo, com todos os aparelhos (microondas, frigobar, televisão e ar condicionado), porém o ar condicionado era antigo, fazendo muito barulho. Café da manhã era normal, com pouca variedade de frutas, vários pães e bolos, bem satisfatório o café. Os staffs sempre solícitos em querer ajudar. A piscina estava em manutenção e as saunas estavam desligadas.

Modern and well located hotel

Staff are helpful and the double room I stayed was really confortable and well decorated. The hotel is let down by the weak and unstable wifi. If you like me and dont want to use your 4g plan allowance in a weekend look for other hotel.
