Beautiful breakfast, great location and clean room. There were many amenities. There are so many restaurants and shops in that area and it felt very safe.

Excellent hotel located in a nice and clean and safe area. Very close to the beach two minutes walking. Excellent breakfast provided and the hotel also provided a daily buffet from 5 to 8 PM. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with many options available. The property is just a short walk to the beach and dining options are easily accessible. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located close to the beach (about 2 blocks away) in the Leblon neighborhood. There are a number of restaurants and stores around the hotel, which is located on a shady street. The room we had was large and very comfortable. It has a nice breakfast buffet. I can recommend this hotel to those visiting Rio

Hotels in Rio can be expensive (by Brazilian standards) and hit or miss. We were very pleased with our stay at the Promenade Palladium. The location is perfect: a short walk to Leblon beach, an even shorter walk to a plethora of restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacies, and anything else you might need. It is also just a few blocks from a metro station which is a great (and safe) option for getting around the city. Our room was on the second floor facing the street, which is quiet (by Rio standards) and has thick glass sliding door opening to a spacious balcony with a small table and chair. The room itself was huge, with a kitchen dining area (sink, microwave, counter, table and chairs), a sofa facing a large television , a very comfortable King-size bed, and a bathroom with a great shower. The breakfast selections are excellent and there is a very generous daily evening food offering from 5-7pm. I swim for exercise and this is one of the few hotels in which I have stayed that has an excellent lap pool that is about 20 yards long. Friends tell me that this was formerly a kind of aparthotel now converted to a hotel. All of the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommended and worth the price.

Excellent location perhaps is the greatest asset We always stay at this facility when visiting Rio Leblon is still the place to be with lots of dining options in walking distance The breakfast has been better in past year but now they offer a happy our with snacks and wine late in the afternoon

Overall, the property was in a great location and the staff were very nice. The rooms were clean, however the walls are thin so it was somewhat noisy during our stay. However, Leblon is definitely the area to stay in Rio and I would stay at the Hotel Promenade Palladium again.

This hotel is situated in a charming neighborhood filled with restaurants, convenient public transportation, and a variety of shops. It truly feels like a home away from home. The beach is just two blocks away, adding to the appeal. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows that made for a restful stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the early evening snack buffet was a thoughtful and unique touch. I’d rate it 8/10 and recommend it for both couples and families.

Great staff, very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good, have stayed at this premise before, and would say it has been better in the past. Room was clean and very spacious, however bathroom is small. Otherwise great choice, a little bit pricey consider other alternatives in town.

One of the few places that when you think back about your trip hotel stay comes to your mind. Very nice , courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. PM happy hour with good food, (you may not need to pay for dinner later!) Clean , comfortable rooms, many restaurants, shops , shopping mall ( Leblon shopping) nearby. Walking distance from the beach. Unique Cafes, bitoques nearby. Walking distance from the Metro station. We felt completely safe at all times. We Stayed for total of 8 nights on two stays a few days apart. Would highly recommend the Hotel.

We did a last minute change of hotels from a beachfront hotel at Copacabana to this one. And we are so happy we did. The area is clean, calm and central at Leblon - just a street down from the Main Street. Lots of shopping, dining and lighter meal options around. Our jaws dropped when we saw the room, as it was a huge main room with a conjoined room, with two bathrooms, and all the amenities we needed. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Our kids loved it as well. Breakfast was good after Brazilian standards, and very attentive workers. Extra plus for the complementary evening meal, which was also great with our kids. We will definitely stay again if we visit Leblon!

Enjoyed the property very much. Desk staff always helpful. Dining room servers were pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping was thorough and unobtrusive. Street balcony’s are recommended, beautiful canopy of trees. Bed was firm but somehow very comfortable. Pillows high quality. Decent size fridge in the upgraded room we had. Public areas pretty spotless. Minor ding is the early close of the pool 5pm. Kind of a drag that it is so early. The breakfast and the afternoon happy hour food was wonderful. Plan your day right and you could have two decent meals at the hotel free. Will stay here again for sure.

As far as I am aware I did not receive any VIP benefits. However,THIS is an excellent value hotel.A good size room and very nice bathroom.They served what they called a finger buffet for free Monday- Saturday 5pm-8pm which turned out to be far superior to a finger buffet. Breakfast was also very good. When I arrived it was served up until 11am but then reduced to 10am. 11am is far better for the likes of me. Due to what I assume is lack of space the hotel does not have a lounge or bar. The hotel is well located being about 3 min walk to the beach and 3- 5 min to the main shopping and bars etc.
