Ok so i stayed in this property for 10 nights. I must say the staff went above their service to say it is a 2 or 3 star hotel. My room was cleaned everyday sometimes i did not even ask and it was still cleaned with new beddings each day. You dont even get this type of service in a 4 star sometimes. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful all the time. Welldone to the cleaners who cleaned my room everyday. Yes outside the location is not very friendly as homless and drug users are sleeping avross the road however they caused no harm or any inconvienice to me.

I liked Vanessa, the front desk girl I checked in with. But this hotel cost me a lot more than it should have, even with Carnaval going on. The rock hard bed and pillow caused issues with my back, shoulders, neck and jaw. The door doesn't lock from the inside from what I saw. It was quieter than other places I stayed in and in a good location though. The AC system doesn't work properly, so my room was either too hot or too cold (when it was on)

Great hotel in Rio...

I had a great stay in this hotel . The complimentary breakfast was great and the hotel staff are welcoming and accommodating as well. The neighborhood at night isn't as ideal but the hotel is well worth the stay. I was able to go to all the tourist attractions easily via public transportation and at night the bus was close to the hotel as well. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The rooms were filthy with stains and hair everywhere, the shower head had mold all in it, we walked around bare foot for merely minutes and the soles of our feet were black. The room was so bad we had to leave and find somehwere new. The only thing good about this place was the front desk workers as they were nice but I would not not recommended this place to anyone.

Se você busca luxo, não recomendo. O hotel classifica em 2 estrelas, a cama um pouco dura, tudo muito bem limpo, café da manhã simples mas gostoso tem de tudo um pouco, o atendimento da recepção é excelente, super prestativos. Se você busca um hotel com bom custo benefício esse é o ideal. Voltaria me hospedar!

As 2 tomadas que tinha nao funcionava pra carregar o celular. O cafe da manha pago a parte e o valor muito alto pelo serviço oferecido. Nao tinha lixeira no quarto. Nao tinha shampoo no banheiro e nem secador. Pouco travesseiro e muito baixo, tive que descer pra solicitar mais 2 na recepcao. Nao disponilizava copo pra que pudesse ser usado.

Começando pelo cheiro de mofo, assim que entramos para deixar as bagagens. Local em baixo de escada com um cheiro insuportável, café da manhã super basico! As camas super desconfortáveis. Ar condicionado com um cheiro de mofo e um barulho insuportável ( impossível de dormir) Fora ao local que fica em frente a um ninho de usuários. Precisamos nem dizer o cheiro né? Sem condições. Hotel fica em um local super perigoso, longe de comércios, praias, fora ao valor dos uber, pq se vc sair com seu carro, vc volta sem. Resumindo: sem contar as estadias que não são nada diferente dos valores de outros hotéis que oferecem, estadias melhores!

Hotel perigoso

O hotel e até razoável mas não condiz com as fotos expostas . Além de estar localizado em frente uma praça com uma multidão de viciados em craque que invadem o hotel toda hora e sofremos uma tentativa de assalto ao sairmos na porta do hotel. O hotel nso tem segurança e fica muito a mercê dos viciados enfim foi horrível nada cómo está descrito no site estou muito decepcionado

Razoável, o café muito básico falta muito para ser bom, basicamente café, leite, suco artificial, chá, frutas( melão/ melancia/mamão) pão francês e forma, ovos mexidos, salsicha com moho, queijo e presunto e bolo, Com relação a limpeza não fomos avisado sobre ter que colocar na porta aviso para limpar, mesmo por que não tinha papel nenhum, somente depois de reclamar nos deram e foi limpo mais ou menos tinha um papel no chão desde o primeiro dia e ali ficou até o último dia. Enfim hospedagem basica

Como todos los que seguramente reservaron aquí por el precio déjenme darles una opinión honesta. Por el valor que se paga y vas a rio sin presupuesto vale la pena. Aquí pasa el Uber, tiene atracciones turísticas cerca y el metro, si piensas quedarte todo el día en el hotel mejor te recomiendo otro lugar. En fin la pobreza y los vagabundos son parte de la realidad de Brasil, si no te gusta eso puedes escoger otro lugar, a mi me pareció tranquila la zona, aclaró saliendo a horarios convenientes y gracias a dios nunca me pasó nada.
