Hotel terá troca de rede gestora no final deste mês. Portanto, esta avaliação perde um pouco de dua utilidade. O check in foi demorado. Apenas uma pessoa para atender. Não usamos a piscina devido à chiva. Mas, parece ser um local bem agradável. O atendimento foi gentil.

Boa localização, bons serviços, boas acomodações.

Muito bem localizado, com o estacionamento com um preço bem razoável, sala de café pequena mas funcional. Nos andares altos, além do silêncio, alguns tem bela vista do Cristo e do Pão de Açúcar - se der sorte, dos dois. Dá para ir andando para a orla caminhar, para o metrô ou para o shopping. Muito bom.

Estrutura boa mas com algumas falhas

Estrutura antiga mas muito confortável e espaçosa. Atendimento do restaurante muito fraco, bagunçado. Pedidos trocados e errados que me causaram uma intoxicação alimentar. Entraram no meu quarto sem minha autorização mesmo com a placa de não pertube na porta. Esperava mais de um Mercure, senão ficaria em um Ibis Budget.

A localização do hotel é ótima, porém bem próximo existem outros hotéis mais novos ou em melhor estado que essa unidade do Mercure que está necessitando de uma reforma urgente. Elevadores lentos e barulhentos assim com o ar condicionado. O secador dos dois quartos não funcionavam, um quase pegou fogo ao ser ligado. Um dos quartos cheirava mofo.

Hotel mit 4,5 Sternen überbewertet, da Einrichtung abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Badezimmer winzig Zimmer aber geräumig gross, schöner grosser Pool, wo man sogar schwimmen kann. 5 min. von Copacabana Strand entfernt.

Good hotel but not 4 star. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Reception staff welcoming but unimpressed with the service and poky shape of the restaurant. The elevators are also lacking capacity for a hotel of that size

O quarto era bem espaçoso e o banheiro bem apertado. Em função da pandemia o restaurante não estava funcionando, somente o serviço de quarto então não sei avaliar Pratico pela localização em botafogo.. rapidamente você consegue se deslocar para vários lugares no Rio de Janeiro.. para trabalho achei ok, mas se quiser pé na areia, ou próximo a isso, essa não seria uma opção

Wünsche wurden überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt. Tisch wackelt, Klima tropft, Wasser ist nut lauwarm! Möbel extremst abgewohnt mit Schmutzflecken, Türe lassen sich nicht ganz schliessen. Für den Preis absolute Frechcheit!
