Staff, especially wrendel, the breakfast crew and the person in charge of the keys, are absolutely fantastic professionals! Location is perfect -close to all things that matter for a guest. Really good daily breakfast. The room is really good but has 2 negatives: 1-no smart tv and 2- the reading lamps were screwed on the headboard-right in the middle. The design looks good but it makes it difficult to seat against the headboard and watch tv or read. Hope next time I can turn on Netflix and Hulu to watch my favorite series:)

The hotel is adressed in a nice neighborhood, not far from the beach. The area around has some facilities like a shopping mall, subway station and restaurants. The room itself is quite small and there is no luxury. However, it is affordable, clean and provides what is expected for a budget hotel.

No frills hotel with basic services. No A/C in hallways. Beds are like rocks. One pillow on each bed with scratchy sheets. No shampoo/conditioner provided. But for the price it’s fine. One block from the Botafogo beach.

Pros: 1. Its location is excellent. 2. Although it's not a luxury hotel, it's confortable and convenient enough for all guests who need only a place to sleep and rest. 3. It's also worth the price. 4. Breakfast is excellent. 5. Hotel staff seems to be very courteous and well trained. Cons: 1. It lacks a minibar in the apartments. 2. It also lacks a piece of furniture where a guest can lock and keep safe any valuables while away from the hotel.

Of course I was not expecting the space of a 5 stars hotel but the room are extremely uncomfortable due to size. It is almost impossible to use the toilet in privacy as it is so small you barely can close the door. The shower has no privacy. Staff is friendly but not well trained. If you have a bit more to spend, look for a more comfortable place.

O quarto não é muito grande, mas tinha espaço suficiente. Como é um hotel budget alguns itens não fazem parte, como armário e geladeira. Contudo, nessas circunstâncias, ainda é necessário que se tenha algum espaço para colocar e abrir a mala ou pendurar roupas. O cabideiro era pequeno demais, e não tinha apoio para deixar a mala aberta. O chuveiro era limpo, sendo boa a pressão e facilidade de controlar a temperatura. O que deveria melhorar era a direção de abertura da porta. Caso alguém escorregue e caia na porta, ela vai cair no quarto, o que é muito perigoso. Um item que deveria ser incluso no quarto é o secador de cabelo, já que é chato ter que ficar pedindo e devolvendo o item toda vez. A privada, em cubículo separado, estava limpa, mas até para uma pessoa pequena o espaço de perna é muito pouco. Para piorar a situação, a porta fecha automaticamente, então é bem desconfortável que ela fica se fechando em cima de você enquanto você tenta sentar. O ar condicionado funciona bem, mas é muito barulhento. O café da manhã tem variedade, mas os alimentos não são de excelente qualidade (entende que é porque é budget). Outro item que falta é um bebedouro, ou algum local que seja possível o hóspede pegar água, ao invés de ter que pedir aos funcionários. Os atendentes, o pessoal da limpeza e segurança, em geral, simpáticos e solícitos.
