A great hotel. Very nice staff - couldn’t do enough for us. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for the beach - we wish we had booked longer! Breakfast was fabulous. Thank you. 🙏

Leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen die Klimaanlage ist am 09.07.25 ausgefallen leider keine Kulanz oder sonst was. Wir waren in der Hitze im Zimmer drinnen war nicht auszuhalten. Bis Check Out leider wurde nicht repariert. Gespra6mit anderen war das es nicht zum ersten Mal so ist. Frühstück war immer gleich bis die Chefs kammen Dan haben die mehr und was neues nachgefüllt. Was Zimmer Sauberkeit angeht ist perfekt. Nimmt euch eigenen Fön mit die im Hotel sind schrecklich nicht zu gebrauchen. Ich werde nicht wieder dieses Hotel buchen. In der umge6gibt es andere.

Personale molto gentile e Matteo molto disponibile ed efficiente …passa dalla reception alla sala colazioni e quant’altro con professionalità ed educazione. Struttura che si sta rinnovando e posizionata vicino a mare, sulla via principale di Miramare (vicina a Aeroporto, Rimini e Riccione collegate con treno, bus, metromare) Colazione molto buona e abbastanza variegata sia dolce sia salata. Super consigliato

Esperienza tristissima, siamo capitati in una giornata fredda e la struttura avendo appena aperto non aveva nemmeno una stufetta per poter fare una doccia al caldo e anche se avevamo prenotato per più giorni abbiamo dovuto lasciare la struttura il giorno dopo. Personale con nessuna disponibilità e cura del cliente, per la prima volta un esperienza pessima

Stanze simili alle altre della struttura con porte finestra che fanno fatica a chiudersi (se si chiudono)e finestre del bagno che si chiudono in parte o non completamente mensola bagno in vetro danneggiata /pericolanti con separè doccia in vetro non sicuro. Manca la regolare manutenzione (meglio pagare un pò di piu' ed avere un servizio migliore).

Esperienza da ripetere!

La struttura è buona. Le camere dispongono di vari confort e solo alcune non sono dotate di bidet. Bisogna tenere conto di ciò al momento della prenotazione. Il personale è competente. La signora Stefania alla reception è gentile e pronta a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. La colazione è abbondante e varia. Esperienza da ripetere.
