Senza parole

Esperienza negativa per furto in camera , non osservanza della reception e della custodia chiavi , cambiato 3 camere , assegnata camera dopo le 18 non alle 14 , condizioni non proprio come da foto se non per l’ultima camera , poco igienica la sala pranzo , punto di forza il fatto che sia fronte mare , servizio piscina assente e non comunicato prima dell’arrivo .

La atención del personal bueno miestras aceptaba la situacion, al decir que no funciona el internet, me ofrecieron cambio de habitacion, entrebal baño a tomar una ducha se inunda el cuarto, el desayuno al primer dia pesimo, tome la decisión de cambiarme de hotel me quisieron cobrar toda la estadia y llamar a la policia, para salir tuve que pagar dos noches completas, sinceramente una estafa.

Ho soggiornato in una tripla economy che non rispecchiava per nulla le foto messe sul sito neanche in minima parte, la porta della stanza rotta è spaccata sul riscontro di chiusura, un buco al muro per attacco condizionatore aperto, bidè attaccato alla doccia impossibile da usare, box doccia rialzato dal pavimento e non sigillato che se fai la doccia allaghi il bagno,telefono della camera e tv non funzionanti, 2 prese per la corrente in tutta la stanza e neanche vicine al letto, luci nei corridoi inesistenti, le porte e i muri erano così sottili da sentire tutto, il letto matrimoniale attaccato su un lato al muro sotto la finestra.

Tremendo non ci torneremo mai più, appena entri l odore di vecchio ti viene incontro, per i corridoi odore di fumo, vai in camera la puzza persiste e la pulizia è scarsa, riscaldamenti spenti, televisione con telecomando che non funziona, box doccia nuovo ma quando fai la doccia si lava tutto il bagno, la tapparella non si chiude del tutto, se Bruno Barbieri entrasse li dentro lo farebbe chiudere... Nota positiva l educazione del personale che non è scontata in una situazione del genere.
