Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). Zimmer etwas merkwürdig, wohl früher Durchgang da Eingang via Treppenhaus und via alter Glastüre (Zi 32).
Insgesamt fehlte uns etwas der persönliche Touch."

"Its fine and certainly well located, but very basic. Sheets pretty rough and the towel had been left in a washer too long. Very musty smelling. Be warned, hotel is right under bell tower and you do hear it throughout the night if window is open."
