The shuttle is also a convenient feature to help guests get to and from the city. All employees were friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel was in the perfect location, walkable to everything. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great! Our room was spacious and super clean. Quiet! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night, so good! Walkable to the train station, Duomo and bell tower attractions. Lots of shops and good restaurants! Check-in was easy, our room wasn’t ready they took care of our luggage and we just explored Florence. Thank you for a nice stay!"

"Everything about Hotel Balestri was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and recommended places that we should go. The room and all amenities were extremely clean and the location to everything was extremely convenient! We even left a wallet and some jewelry at the hotel and only realized after flying back to the states. The hotel worked closely with us to recover and ship the items back to us. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! "
