Great central boutique hotel in Ribeirão Preto

Café da manhã excelente, localização boa. A parte ruim do hotel é que as mobilias do quarto são antigas, a cama não é muito confortável , mas para uma noite a estadia o custo beneficio é bom.

Nossa estadia nesse hotel poderia ter sido melhor se eles tivessem cumprido com aquilo que se obrigaram. Meu marido solicitou o serviço de café da manhã servido no quarto, para o qual, aliás, paga-se um valor adicional. Ele indicou que o café teria que ser levado às 7.20h, pois teria que sair do hotel por volta das 7.50h em vista de um compromisso. Como determina o regulamento, ele ainda ligou na portaria na noite anterior informando que havia optado pelo serviço. No dia seguinte, às 7.20h o café não chegou. Ele aguardou até às 7.30h e ligou na recepção para ver o que tinha ocorrido, quando foi informado que o café já estava subindo. Aguardou até às 7.40h e o café não chegou. Então, ligou na portaria cancelando o café e foi embora. Ao passar pela recepção, reforçou que não precisavam mais mandar o café, pois já estava saindo. Mesmo assim, às 7.50h, apareceram no quarto levando o café dele. Obviamente, mandamos o café de volta, pois já não adiantava mais. Portanto, não recomendamos que conte com esse serviço deles.

Piscina ,com quatro cadeiras sem nenhuma cadeira long chaise para tomar sol ,nunca vi solarium sem cadeiras. Pleno sábado 32 graus bar da piscina sem ninguém para atender. Café da manhã ,domingo 9 h não tinha uma única mesa limpa para se tomar café. ,tive que chamar um atendente.
