Cozy and clean

Our stay was just for 1 night as we were traveling around Rhodos, but we were pleased by it. We could check in in advance as our room was ready, communication and willingness form owners side was excellent. Apartment is spacious and cozy, clean and with lovely balcony.

The property was located a short walk away from the main busy area of faliraki. The property and surroundings were clean and pleasant. However, some elements like the kitchen facilities would benefit from an upgrade. Overall it is a great place to stay but do not expect the same hotel room service you'd receive from a traditional hotel.

Faccio mediamente 100 notti in hotel ogni anno, in questa struttura per il prezzo che si paga in alta stagione non si può pretendere troppo, in effetti è tutto nella media. Tranne i materassi, che sono molto sottili e molto scomodo ed è un vero peccato , basterebbe anche solo un Topper decente per cambiare l'esperienza. Bel servizio quello della piscina, con un barista molto disponibile e prezzi corretti.

Not worth the stay

From the moment i got there i felt unwelcome and uncomfortably, ive felt more welcome in hostels and bnb's i wouldnt be booking to stay here again, the room wasnt clean i asked for clean towels mid stay and was given 2 dirty ones and when questioned i was told there clean 🙃 brown dirty stains and make up all over them over grown dirty pool area

This is a cute place within a walking distance to the beach and to shopping and restaurant area. The staff is very nice though hard to find. Note that the garden view might also include a view over the highway on the other side of the garden, and the hills even further away. The air condition comes with an extra fee of €35 per week (August 2017). Cleaning was good and necessary when the toilet paper in most smaller hotels on the greek islands must due to poor pipes be dropped in the trash can and not in the toilet. The pentry in our room was with fridge but quite poorly equipped, though with all decently priced restaurants around we only needed the provided glasses for our drinks on the balcony at sun set. Pool area and bar are relaxed and nice for spending the days and sunbeds are many enough for you to even choose from. My only slight complaint for this apartment was the hard bed but on the other hand I haven't found any soft enough bed at a hotel anywhere.

Mugav, hea asukoha ja mõnusa basseiniga majutus.

Puhas, mugav ja hea asukohaga majutus keskusele piisavalt lähedal. Mereni jalutab 10 min. Lähim supermarket ka mõne min jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Toas kaasaegne sisustus ja piisava varustusega kööginurk. Mõnus basseiniala ning kaunis õiterohke lopsakas aed. Sõbralik ja abivalmis omanikuhärra. Bussipeatus ca 2 min kaugusel, hõlpsalt saab näiteks Rhodose linna külastama sõita.

Sudios economico e al centro dell'isola

Lo studios si caratterizza per il fatto che si trova al centro dell'isola, faliraki, e a due passi dalla movida e dal mare di faliraki. è economico e le camere sono ben curate. Bagno essenziale ma nello stesso tempo per nulla stretto. Personale, e in particolare il titolare, parla italiano ed è molto cortese. Piscina molto carina con zona cocktail e bar. A due passi anche da un supermarket molto conveniente. Uniche pecche: l'aria condizionata a pagamento (come indicato all'atto della prenotazione) non è possibile utilizzarla se non si è in camera; e questo dato anche il costo settimanale del confort richiesto e in particolare del caldo alquanto soffocante ci è risultato abbastanza deludente. Posso capire di non lasciarla accesa per tutta la giornata, ok, ma almeno un paio d'ore prima di andare a dormire, o nel mentre si fa la spesa, prima di mangiare, sarebbe opportuno. Anche perchè il caldo è davvero forte e appena si entra in camera sembra mancare l'aria; di notte, inoltre, abbiamo dovuto accenderla e spegnerla più volte di notte per non soffrire eccessivamente il caldo. Altro limite il piano cottura, dotato di un solo fornello. In generale studios consigliato, ma val la pena migliorare qualcosa.

Siamo stati accolti molto bene, il proprietario parla bene l'italiano. La struttura è affiancata da un altro piccola pensione che fornisce piscina con bar. Attenzione all'ingresso della struttura che si trova sulla strada principale. Il paese non è molto adatto alle famiglie con bambini, è caotico e pieno di locali per bere e ballare, più adatto ai giovani. Posizione invece buona per raggiungere rodi e alcune spiagge della zona.

Nicht wie erwartet

Leider haben wir das Kleingedruckte zu spät gelesen in dem stand, dass für die Benutzung der Klimaanlage eine Gebühr verrechnet wird. Im Zimmer hatte es bei Ankunft über 40 Grad. Rezeption gab es keine, nur ein Hinweis bei welchem Apartment wir für Fragen läuten können. Da war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft leider niemand. Später haben wir den Vermieter vorgefunden welcher uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen hat und uns einige Tipps gab. Dass die Anlage direkt an der Hauptstraße lag (durch einen Garten "getrennt") konnten wir auch keiner Beschreibung entnehmen. Zu Fuss nur wenige Minuten zum Strand oder nach Faliraki

Ottimi appartamenti per una vacanza di coppia

Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza presso Melody Studios le due settimane centrali di agosto. Il complesso è molto bello, con un magnifico giardino ricco di fiori e un bar a bordo piscina gestito dai proprietari. La camera era molto pulita e ben ordinata, il letto grande e confortevole, un piccolo angolo cottura con tutto l'occorrente. All'arrivo, una bottiglia di vino offerta dalla casa e il codice wifi per una settimana (rinnovabile). Il bagno è corretto per una breve vacanza, ha il piatto doccia, water e lavandino. Bel balcone con tavolo e due sedie, purtroppo guarda verso la strada nazionale e l'entroterra, ma la notte è comunque tranquillo e lontano dalla bolgia di Faliraki (per noi, un pregio). In 12 giorni di permanenza, ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola due volte e gli asciugamani (2 a testa) quotidianamente. Gli appartamenti si trovano subito dietro la strada nazionale che costeggia la costa orientale dell'isola, per cui sono comodi per chi come noi noleggia una macchina (assolutamente consigliata per visitare l'isola, che è grande, i luoghi e le sue spiaggie). Nel complesso, siamo decisamente soddisfatti della nostra permanenza a Melody Studios, e se mai dovessimo tornare a Rodi sarebbe tranquillamente un posto dove poter pensare di tornare!!

Tranquillo e comodo ai servizi

Studios molto comodo ai servizi e al centro paese. È molto accogliente e ben ristrutturato. All' interno si può trovare un' eccellente piscina completa di sdraio e ombrelloni e servizio bar. Ottimo per chi vuole visitare faliraki ed essere in una buona posizione per visitare le meraviglie dell' isola. Il proprietario è una persona che parla bene l' italiano è molto disponibile e ospitale, davvero una splendida persona.
