Room as perfect , we had to change due to a wheelchair fault however they helped without hesitation. Amazing and friendly staff . Only issues we had was the food really. However they do try and cater for Everyone . And some guests speaking to the staff as they were dirt as English guests we were mortified by this . And wish the staff were allowed to answer back the way they should, but they were more respectful in just standing there taking it .

The hotel was exceptional for the budget price that we paid, staff was friendly and really made our stay. The food was repetitive but overall tasted good and didn't go hungry. All inclusive drinks were of a select few but again can accommodate variations for a long drink. Pool area large with plenty of sun beds available, a very quiet and tranquil area for soaking up the sun and relaxing. Was around a 15 minute walk to the supermarket, lovely to stop and feed the cats on the way.

It was nice. Staff was friendly, room was clean, enough to eat, a lot of vegetable food. We were lucky because weather was very hot and we could swim in the sea.

Don’t Go

The breakfast was appalling. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain was mouldy. The rooms need updating and need to be cleaned better. The shower was a hose and the head couldn’t be moved.

Although great staff and great rooms, the all inclusive food was disappointing. Not many options and even though the one exist was not fresh. I wouldn’t recommend to choose the all inclusive to anyone it is not worth it, better eat outside and will be cheaper and fresh.

Firstly this hotel was based on location provided by Expedia which is wrong and no where near Mariana. May I add I had a lovely view but the poor food quality and the hot plates to which it was stored did neither to keep it warm or cold. To not provide a toaster machine to actually toast bread. Not this useless George foreman thing where id have to get up at 6am for it to be toasted for my breakfast at 8am. People fighting in hallway during the night may not be hotels issue but it's the toleration of it is my point. Soft drinks tasted horrible too.

The hotel is definitely not 50 meters from the beach as it says, it is 3 kilometers. There is a beach shuttle and it was a real fight to get on, at one point two men were fighting and it was so unpleasant. The very biggest problem that we got rid of both money and jewelry from two different rooms without signs of someone breaking in, it could only have been someone with a key who could have stolen our belongings. We are so disappointed and sorry for this, especially to have lost valuable jewelry. The staff speaks extremely poor English. We will never go here again.

Fint all Inclusive til prisen. Der manglede ikke noget. Godt med gratis transport til stranden. Fin pool. Eneste er sengene er lidt hårde. Rengøring hver dag så værelser og området er pænt og rent
