The flat was 5 minutes walk from old town and 10 minutes from the beach. The property is ver well mantained. The street could be noise at times.

Really comfortable and great location

Room was larger than expected, bed very comfortable and location brilliant. Taxi driver struggled to find the place the Casa Poli sign is small and the stairs steep but after that everything was brilliant. We had a delicious dinner at the owner’s cafe and we got a 20% discount on the meal. We ended up going back for breakfast and lunch. A short walk to the Palace of the Grand Masters and then to our boat at Mandraki Harbour.

The rooms to this property are all located on the first floor of the building through a flight of stairs with no lift. If you have a lot of luggage or are having trouble climbing up stairs, you will have problem. Our rooms (we took 2 rooms for 4 adults) are spacious and the amenities and cleanliness were satisfactory and up to standard. The best thing about this property is its central location and close proximity to the Old Town. due to the many shops around it, it can get very noisy at night, even after midnight.

Rhodes quaint hotel

Rhodes was great, and the hotel is right in the middle of it. I liked the keypad entry...some may not. The owner was great, and he owns the bar where you have breakfast, about 2 minutes walk away. They missed a day servicing my room for some odd reason (it was a Monday). Overall, great value for the price.

We absolutely loved staying here. You couldn't get a better location for discovering Rhodes. The property is situated just outside the old town, it's not even a minutes walk from the sea front and the main bus station is right outside. Lots of bars and restaurants in the streets below. The proprty was very clean and had eveything we needed for our stay. The gentleman that owns the property couldn't have been more helpful.

This is a "hotel" you should avoid at all costs. We arrived at 5:30pm and there was no reception desk, nor did anyone indicate they were ready for credit card info. So we assumed Expedia had taken care of it already. We climbed a long verysteep staircase, which might be hard on elderly, [no elevator.] The cleaner asked us to come back in 10 minutes. We came back at 6:30pm. One bed was made and the other bed had no sheet, no blanket, no pillows, no towels. We crashed for 2 hours, on on both beds & called the owner. We were brought a sheet, no pillow, no towel, no blanket, but they did fix the toilet tank that was stuck & wouldn't stop flushing. In the morning we went to breakfast at the associated restaurant which was closed. We were never told that it opened at 9am. We called the owner, who said he was on his way. We had a nice breakfast & the owner chatted with us nicely for a couple minutes, we asked for towels, and blanket . We got a blanket but no towel. There is no room cleaning service. We left a 4AM we got a call from the owner at 9AM threatening us with calling the police for not paying the bill. There is no reception desk or info sheet and all communications with owner are on the phone. We assumed he settles via expedia. He said wants cash not credit card or expedia payment. He was yelling at us about paying him with credit card that he wants cash only. We are world travelers, never seen anything like this. We would never go back. Stay away.

Beautiful, clean rooms, central location (right next to the bus stop for the airport). Can definitely recommend. Also, if you’re looking for a fancy meal that won’t break the bank, go eat at Marco Polo. Amazing food and ambience.

Beautiful rooms, that are tastefully decorated. Super comfortable beds. The breakfast that’s included is very tasty. Close to cafes and restaurants. There can be a small bit of street noise, but it didn’t effect my stay.
