Cant get much better than this

Very Nice, clean and beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, Nice staff, friendly and understanding. I recommend staying here for atleast 5+ nights.

Casa Antica är en liten pärla mitt i Rhodos stad! Detta är för mig alltid ett givet boende då jag besöker Rhodos, vilket brukar bli ett par gånger per år. Här har man ett fantastiskt läge med promenadavstånd till stranden, restauranger, butiker och gamla stan. Hotellets ägare Christos och Athena gör allt för att man ska känna sig som hemma och överträffar alltid mina förväntningar. Ett helt fantastiskt, familjärt hotell i hjärtat av Rhodos!

I received no friendly communication from Casa Antica asking about how I would get from the airport (as is the norm). I arranged for a taxi and the friendly company said they would inform Casa Antica to meet me at the top of their road because it is inaccessible to cars. I arrived at night in pouring rain with heavy winds, my shoes were unsuitable for walking in rain, and the driver said the CA manager was uncertain about whether he would meet me. We nonetheless drove to the point where it was arranged I would be collected. No one. Desperate I found a new hotel. And then began receiving abusive mails from Casa Antica. No apology. I’ve complained to Expedia who seem as disinterested as CA - who still got paid for doing no work & being abusive. It cost me more but I found a fantastic alternative at Bellevue Suites. I love Rhodes, one bad innkeeper is not representative of the Island.

Casa Antica ist eine traumhafte Unterkunft und wir kommen definitiv wieder!!! Mitten in der Stadt gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der romantische Innenhof und die idyllische Terrasse laden zum entspannen / lesen ein. Die Die Unterkunft ist umgeben von guten Restaurants und Bars, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Bis in die Altstadt ist es auch ein Katzensprung. Die Zimmer haben viel Charme, sind individuell gestaltet und haben das gewisse Etwas. Meine dreijährige Tochter und ich wurden liebevoll willkommen geheißen und es fehlte an nichts. Wasser, Kaffee, Tee und hochwertiges Gebäck waren im Zimmer ausgelegt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Besonders toll fanden wir das Fenster mit Blick in eine ruhige Gasse mit tollen Kakteen. Casa Antica ist eine top Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail und herzliche, serviceorientierte Gastgeber! Vielen Dank!

Idéalement situé, à moins de 10 minutes de la plage et à une quinzaine de minutes de la vieille ville. Très jolie maison jaune citron, simple mais propre et de bon goût. L’accès à quelques espaces extérieurs est appréciable, cours en bas et terrasse en haut…

Casa Antica is located in a historic area: both maintenance and service had deteriorated. Studio Picasso has a dysfunctional air conditioner, wоrn and old sheets/towels. The premises have issues with smelling sewer... Cleanness was not what one would expect.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Bilder angegeben. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Besitzer waren sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht und wollen, dass man sich wie daheim fühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt! Der Strand ist lediglich 5-10 Minuten entfernt, es gibt viele Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bars/Coffeeshops in der Nähe. Die Altstadt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr sehenswert! Der Hafen ist auch in der Nähe der Unterkunft und wir haben Bootstouren nach Symi und Lindos gemacht. Außerdem gibt es überall die Möglichkeit sich Autos auszuborgen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden sicher wieder dort einchecken, wenn wir in Rhodos sind.

Una camera veramente da boutique

Si tratta di un piccolo hotel a gestione familiare situato in una piccola via pedonale di Rodi ma vicinissima a negozi, ristoranti ed attrazioni turistiche. Le varie camere sono intitolate a diversi artisti e contengono ognuna le riproduzioni di uno o due quadri dello stesso. La camera Klimt al primo piano era molto spaziosa e ben arredata con letto matrimoniale e salottino, aria condizionata, TV (solo programmi greci!!) ed un piccolo ma pur sempre utile piano cottura. Peccato il bagno piccolo. Al primo piano si trova un terrazzino comune ad altre tre camere, arredato con tavolo ed ombrellone, dove abbiamo anche organizzato un pranzo veloce con i nostri amici. Le camere a piano terra, a mio parere, sono meno confortevoli perchè anche se abbastanza grandi (forse più grandi) però si trovano in parte sottostrada e sono quindi meno luminose. Stranamente la camera al piano terra dei nostri amici (camera Toulose Lautrec) composta da due vani letto e spazioso w.c., non era però dotata di piano cottura e quindi abbiamo dovuto preparare il caffe con la moka anche per loro..... La proprietaria si chiama Athena, sempre molto gentile e disponibile, si è attivata per indicarci un laboratorio per il test Covid e fornendoci tutte le possibili indicazioni malgrado le difficoltà della lingua. In conclusione, un piccolo hotel a gestione familiare, non di lusso, ma carino e confortevole ed arredato con gusto, al centro di Rodi. Hotel boutique.

Ravis de notre séjour à Rhodes

Situation : Casa Antica est très bien situé, dans une rue piétonne très calme. Au coeur de Rhodes, elle est à 5 minutes de la plage,15-20 mn de la vieille ville et 10 mn de la gare routière. Nous avons visité la ville à pied ! Accueil : très bon accueil de Christos qui nous a donnés des conseils de visite, aussi bien dans la ville que sur l'île, et nous a indiqués des restaurants locaux. Au cours du séjour, nous l'avons très peu vu, mais il a répondu immédiatement à chaque besoin. Appartement (appartement Van Gogh) : tout est très propre, l'air conditionné est efficace, principalement dans la chambre du milieu ! Literies confortables, draps changés deux fois en une semaine ! Sympathique accueil avec un plateau fourni pour le petit déjeuner (eau fraîche, jus, confiture, miel, thé, café,...). Mini-cuisine dans une des pièces avec l'essentiel (frigo ok). Nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners sur la terrasse partagée, où nous étions seuls étant donné le petit nombre de chambres. Location de voitures : loueur au coin de la rue ! L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'un parking privé. Pas de problème pour nous puisque le loueur nous a aidés à trouver une place gratuite dans le quartier. En été Covid, la ville était beaucoup moins chargée en touristes qu'habituellement. Situation agréable pour nous, mais difficile pour les Rhodiens, qui nous ont cependant toujours accueilli avec une grande gentillesse. La grande majorité a fait preuve d'un véritable sens du service.

Spending 2 nights in Casa Antica in Rhodes town was a unique experience. In contrast to a big hotel we experienced before, we enjoyed in a beautiful house with a small garden and a sunny terrace away from crowds. A great beach is a short walk away. A good bakery and nice restaurants are also very close. The owner was very friendly, gave us some useful advice on our further travelling.

Love this hotel. Athena and Costa are delightful hosts. Small rooms but really all you need. Lovely garden and deck. Great location, hire cars just around the corner.

It was even nicer than I expected. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, which was an added bonus as it was my first visit to Rhodes. The place was charming, warm and inviting. Wonderful hosts. Very comfortable. Would definitely book again. Hardest part was having to leave!

PROS: This is a small pension (it is hard to call it 3-star hotel) in a very good location. It is pretty clean and has good housekeeping services. It would have been OK if we stayed 1-2 nights in this property. CONS: 1) The room was so small and far from being user-friendly, a shame that we paid that much. We had difficulty for a week because of a very small room (Room Monet). We are two and it was really hard to move in that so called "studio" for us. That room may be OK only for a single room and/or one-day stay. 2) This is a property which was announced (in Expedia) as "Pets not allowed". In this case, an allergic person like myself do expect a property without any pets. However, a cat was always around and this bothered me. 3) It was overpriced comparing what you get. More than 100 USD for a very small/uncomfortable room without any meals. The owners told us we should be checking the measurements of the room before reserving it. So, be careful.
