Enjoy the spacious yard & patio with BBQ, fire pit & hammock. Spend the day playing in the private cove, swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding. Walk to Abayance Bay Marina for a beverage, or appetizer. Complete with a full kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer in-suite. Free parking. Late check-out or early check-in upon request.

This is a nice space. All of us enjoyed the rental. If we were to stay there over a full weekend, we would have definitely used the firepit and grill.

Perfect for a week long getaway!

We stayed here to be close to the lake and also Eureka, where I have family. The walk down to the water was very easy and the most beautiful location! We also checked out Rexford Beach and Abayance Bay, and the house's personal beach access was definitely the most beautiful area. The house had everything we needed for a fun family getaway! We really enjoyed the outdoor area. There are neighbors but you don't feel crowded.

Lovely stay

This was a lovely loft apartment. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable and cozy. My husband and I had a great stay and loved being there. My only suggestion is I would not call it a "Lake Loft." It does not have a lake view and is in a subdivision, although a very nice one. We drove up to the Federal Forest Campground every day and used the boat launch there for our canoe. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Communication

Communication with the owner was exceptional. We had a few questions, including extending our stay, and we received answers in less than 30 minutes. As far as the loft is concerned, it met all our expectations and when we return to Rexford we will definitely reach out to Jenny.

Pretty pleasant stay

Overall, the property met our expectations based on the write up and reviews. The host was easy to communicate with an incredibly responsive. There were only two of us so we only used the main bedroom. It was cute and clean and our pup loved the yard. All properties have a few opportunities for improvement and this was not an exception. The bed in the main room needs an upgrade. It’s super soft and sounded like it was going to fall apart at the slightest movement (I weigh 125 and my husband is 190). The showerhead turned on partially when you were trying to fill the bathtub. And the shower liner needs to be cleaned/replaced. Overall, it was a good stay, but sadly we did leave early due to the bed.
