Fomos em família para participar de uma corrida na cidade. Quarto muito grande, apesar da simplicidade, nos atendeu muito bem. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização perfeita. Certamente, retornaríamos.

Não ofereceram o quarto ao qual foi pago, ar condicionado sem gelar, travesseiros velhos e muito duros, não consegui dormir! O café da manhã precário, com poucas opções, não é o que aparece nas redes sociais. O banheiro não possuía suporte para colocar os produtos. As Cobertas também achei horríveis!

Satisfatória.

O atendimento é espetacular, porém algumas coisas deixaram a desejar, principalmente na cobertura onde fica a piscina, faltaram cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras, guarda sol, para o ambiente poder ser melhor aproveitado, o café e maravilhoso, só poderiam inovar no cardápio com um pouco mais de variedades.

Estadia complicada

Minha estadia foi à trabalho, mas foi bem ruim. Primeiro fiquei 3 dias no quarto onde o ar condicionado nao gelava, fiquei 4 dos 14 dias sem ter toalha de banho/rosto, com a desculpa de que estava lavando, e por fim, só ganhei 1 unidade de sabonete pequeno para o banho.

Foi uma péssima experiência. A parte externa está horrível, o quarto com paredes sujas, colchão muito ruim, cama barulhenta. Não havia toalhas e só chegaram quando já estávamos desistindo. A garagem também é ruim e sem manutenção. O café da manhã é bom. Bem simples mas atende. Este hotel nunca mais.

Um feriadão em Resende-RJ

Razoável. Muitas coisas são velhas ou de uso contínuo sem renovação. Portas empenadas? Não cabem. Colchões velhos e nada confortáveis não são desejáveis em um hotel. Foram compensados pela gentileza no atendimento dos servidores.
