Une magnifique piscine très agreable dans un jardin tropical également magnifique. 2 grandes chambres confortables avec salle de bain , 2 logements individuels L équipement cuisine pourraut être amélioré (couverts, casseroles , cafetière.. .)Le seul bemol est la proximité est la proximité immediate d une route très bruyante .Un grand merci a Salverio et a sa fille pour leur accueil et pour nous avoir aidé à trouver une voiture de location ainsi que pour les viennoiseries italiennesUn tres bon glacier a proximité

Vorab gesagt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit bei Saverio und Daria.Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und jeder Kontakt schnell und nett. Sie haben uns jeden Morgen mit frischen Backwaren versorgt, was wir sehr genossen haben.Dennoch war unsere Privatsphäre nie gestört. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgschoss der Villa und ist in zwei Einheiten getrennt, was uns erst etwas verunsichert hat, da wir mit zwei Kindern verreist sind. Dadurch, dass wir ein Babyphone dabei hatten, war es aber dann kein Problem mehr. Die erste Einheit besteht aus einem großen Schlafraum und einem großzügigen Bad. Die anderen Räume (Küche, zwei Bäder Wohn- und Schlafraum) befinden sich wenige Meter entfernt in der anderen Einheit. Alles war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Pool sind großartig, die Entfernung zu einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum sehr praktisch und der Flughafen sowie Reggio sehr schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles!

VACANZA RILASSANTE

Se vuoi trascorrere la tua pausa estiva lontano dal caos cittadino pur restando a pochi minuti dal centro di Reggio la villa di Saverio è quello che fa per te. Immersa nel verde con una piscina mozzafiato il relax è garantito. A fare da cornice la splendida gentilezza e accoglienza dei padroni di casa e le favolose spiagge calabresi che possono essere raggiunte senza traffico in meno di 1 ora.

Family Vacation

The house was a perfect fit for our family trip to Italy. We enjoyed the location that happened to be centrally located to both family and the city. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean. Enough room to unpack and move around. The extra bedroom / bathroom that is separate from the main worked for us. Three bathroom was an added plus. The grounds were spacious, nice to enjoy a morning espresso, and pastry that the host graciously leaves in beautifully wrapped trays. If your plans involve Reggio, Sicily, or other southern Italian cities this house is perfect as a base camp. Local bars, restaurants, cafes are near to visit for Pellaro and Reggio. Enjoy! La casa era perfetta per il nostro viaggio di famiglia in Italia. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione che era centrale sia per la famiglia che per la città. La casa è spaziosa, confortevole, pulita. Abbastanza spazio per disfare le valigie e muoversi. La camera da letto/bagno extra separata dalla camera principale ha funzionato per noi. Tre bagni erano un valore aggiunto. I giardini erano spaziosi, belli per godersi un espresso mattutino e una pasticceria che l'ospite lascia gentilmente in vassoi splendidamente avvolti. Se i tuoi piani coinvolgono Reggio, la Sicilia o altre città del sud Italia questa casa è perfetta come campo base. Bar locali, ristoranti, caffè sono vicini da visitare per Pellaro e Reggio. Godere!

Fantastisch!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in het huis van Daria en Saverio. Schone kamers, goede bedden en wat een prachtige tuin met zwembad! Daria en Saverio zijn super lieve gastvrije mensen die altijd voor je klaar staan. Daarnaast hebben we ook hele gezellige avonden samen gehad! We zijn heel blij dat we jullie hebben mogen ontmoeten! Exceptional Beauty

As already described by other guests the exceptional beauty villa, pool and garden area is outstanding. Furthermore our host Saverio and family surprised us with so many "gifts" like Prosecco, fruits, olive oil and ice cream for the kids. Veramente un’oasi nel verde

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 settimane con 2 coppie di amici e 2 cani. Tutto perfetto, sia le camere che soprattutto l’esterno con piscina e giardino meraviglioso. Nota di merito per il proprietario Saverio che e’ stato un incomiabile padrone di casa, attentissimo e super accogliente. Davvero consigliato!

Von Herzen Danke an Daria und Saverio für unseren wundervollen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen gepflegten und ordentlichen Villa mitten im Grünen. Die beiden sind super lieb, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle und tun alles damit es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Auch noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön für die frischen Cornettis jeden Morgen, wir wurden wirklich verwöhnt! Diese Unterkunft empfehlen wir definitiv weiter und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal! Villa immersa nel verde...un luogo incantato

Siamo stati ospiti per più di 2 settimane con una bambina e un cane. Potrei limitarmi a dire che per la prima volta nessuno di noi voleva tornare a casa, neanche il cane che di solito si fionda in macchina appena vede che prepariamo i bagagli! Che dire..la proprietà è molto bella e la descrizione non le rende giustizia. Gli interni, arredati con gusto, sono curati in ogni dettaglio e il giardino meraviglioso è un tripudio di piante di ogni tipo, con angoli sempre sorprendenti. La piscina, come un'oasi nel deserto, è splendida e degna di un set cinematografico. Potrebbe già questo bastare, ma non possiamo non scrivere dei proprietari, Daria e Saverio, che rappresentano il valore aggiunto della "Villa immersa nel verde"; ci hanno accolto come meglio non potevamo sperare, sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, indirizzandoci nella scoperta di un territorio bellissimo, ricco di inaspettate sorprese. Endroit paradisiaque - schönste Oase von Calabria

Nous avons passés nos vacances dans cet endroit merveilleux dans lequel nous n'avons pu que bien nous sentir. Saverio et Daria sont très chaleureux et nous ont accueilli à bras ouverts. Ils avaient également prévu un ami parlant anglais au cas ou il pourrait avoir des problèmes de compréhension. Ils étaient toujours présents pour nous donner des conseils quant aux endroits à visiter. De plus d'une extrême gentillesse, ils nous gâtaient avec des petits pains le matin. Occhio est situé près de la Sicile ce qui permet de s' y rendre sans difficulté. Le jardin est un vrai paradis, il a été con:çu avec amour ce que l'on ressent de suite. La piscine est - je dois encore utiliser ce mot- un paradis aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants. La mer est à quelques mètres à pied. En ce qui concerne la maison, rien à redire. C'est très bien meublé , on s'y sent chez soi. Nous pouvons recommander cet endroit avec toute notre conviction vous serez très bien accueillis, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous et rentrerez reposer de vos vacances. Nous avons très appréciés notre séjour et avons rencontrés des personnes formidables. Nous souhaitons à Saverio et à Daria beaucoup de bonheur et espérons les revoir. Un grand bonjour aux amis. semplicemente perfetta!!!

saverio e daria sono stati dal primo momento impeccabili, lasciandoci ogni tipo di privacy pur rimanendo sempre disponibili, ma soprattutto sono simpaticissimi. la piscina logicamente è il punto forte, l'anima della vacanza e del benessere, ma il contorno degli spazi verdi, tavoli, pergolati, barbecue, angoli e dettagli curati ovunque hanno contribuito al nostro pieno relax. meglio ancora delle aspettative. Grazie di tutto ragazzi! ne avevo proprio bisogno, spero di tornare presto.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten!!

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Garten sind traumhaft schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr lieb und nett. Egal was wir brauchten sie haben es uns sofort gebracht. Sie haben auch viele Tipps, wo man zum Strand fahren kann, essen gehen kann und vieles mehr. Da sie kein Englisch sprechen, haben sie extra Freunde als Übersetzer zum Haus kommen lassen. Daria hat uns häufig sogar leckere Croissants gebracht. Die beiden sind so freundliche Menschen. :-) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
